    Facilitate all Compliance training for all staff within the BCC Tech Governance, Risk and Control Function to ensure compliance.     Consultant, Quality Assurance

     JOB DESCRIPTION

    To ensure that quality assurance evaluations are conducted across all Internal Channels and Retentions areas in VAF internally, analysing of trends/patterns, conducting root cause analysis, mentoring on areas of concern and providing recommendations for improvement to relevant business units and to prevent re - occurrence and sustain continuous improvement.

    QUALIFICATIONS

    • Experience of Quality Assurance and Service Monitoring is preferable
    • Experience in Coaching/Training is recommended
    • Experience in data analysis or research would be an advantage
    • Computer literacy (MS Office) essential at intermediate level
    • People management experience

    Analyst, Data

    JOB DESCRIPTION

    Support in providing infrastructure, tools and frameworks used to deliver end-to-end solutions to business problems. Build scalable infrastructure for supporting the delivery of business insights from raw data sources with a focus on collecting, managing, analysing, visualising data and developing analytical solutions.

    QUALIFICATIONS

    • Experience with big data tools: Hadoop, Spark, Kafka, etc.
    • Working SQL knowledge and experience working with relational databases, query authoring (SQL) as well as working familiarity with a
      variety of databases.
    • Experience with data pipeline and workflow management tools: Azkaban, Luigi, Airflow, etc.
    • Experience with AWS cloud services: EC2, EMR, RDS, Redshift.
    • Strong analytic skills related to working with unstructured datasets.

    • Adopting practical solutions with an emphasis on learning by doing.
    • Effectively expressing ideas and concerns, giving presentations, explaining things to others as well as showing confidence in the interaction with other people, both strangers and acquaintances alike.
