JOB DESCRIPTION
Provides all the required guidance and support in order to enable the financial planners to provide SBFC approved solutions effectively to customers using the 6 steps of financial planning process and in adherence to regulatory and SBG policies. Ensures that the financial planners attend all the required training interventions (e.g., FAIS, KYC, product knowledge, risk and compliance, etc.
