    To assume full responsibility and accountability to Group Shared Services by delivering prompt, efficient service in the logging in and out of collateral documentation on the Security Management System (SMS).     QUALIFICATIONS

    • Matric/National Certificate mandatory
    • Regulatory exam for Representatives 
    • An NQF level 4 or 5 qualification recognised by the FSB.
    • FAIS Qualification – 120 relevant credits specific to subcategory 

    Experience

    • Minimum of 2 years insurance industry experience 
    • Minimum of 2 years call centre/telephone experience

    To lead the Standard Trust Limited (STL) Operations and MIS by driving the digitisation, transformation and change management initiatives to support the day-to-day running of STL in line with applicable laws and regulations and to enable profit maximisation across all businesses which form part of STL. To drive operating model changes aligned to business objectives.

    QUALIFICATIONS

    • Completed Matric
    • Post Graduate Degree - Business Commerce
    • Post Graduate Degree - Information Technology

    Experience

    • 10 - 12 years, Deep seated experience and understanding of the finance industry including operations management and technology. In-depth knowledge of project management, process engineering, change management and root cause analysis. Experience working in a Fiduciary environment would be an advantage.
