JOB DESCRIPTION

To design the change management plan, assess business readiness and formulate change communication tactics for all the Non-Financial Risk (NFR) systems and process implementations.

QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum Qualifications:

• First Degree in Business Commerce.
• Project Management, Change Management.

Experience Required:

• 5-7 years Experience and knowledge of change management and project management principles, methodologies and tools.
• Experience in large-scale organisational change efforts.
• Experience with managing various stakeholders towards a common goal.
• Research and report writing experience.
• Understands Voice Branch environment and its business drivers.
