Consultant, Value Management at Standard Bank Group

JOB DESCRIPTION

To oversee the benefits and value management capability of Automation at Segment and Group Level and to drive the best practices, standards and maturity. Including support with all administration and business support required to run the value management portfolio.
Defining, Designing and implementing cost benefit analysis across all Automation practices.  Defining key metrics to be communicated to management and executive teams.  Reporting on all projects from a value & benefit type perspective within Automation.  Producing benefit reports for finance.  Creating a centralised dashboard with all Value Management information.  Training individuals on Value Management which includes but not limited to reporting, CBA and financial calculations.  Being able to provide updates through monthly business review meetings.  Data driven and open to work with tools like Power BI, Splunk, MS SQL DB etc.  Collaborate and Support Citizen Developers and Feature Teams with Calculation of forecasted benefits over a 3-5 year period.

QUALIFICATIONS

• BCom Accounting or Finance Degree (minimum)

Experience

• 3– 4 years’ experience working in a Finance role or alternative.
• Data driven and open to work with tools like Power BI, Splunk, MS SQL DB etc
