Officer, Senior, Bus Support Recoveries at Standard Bank Group

JOB DESCRIPTION

To coordinate and facilitate the business support and recoveries processes, supporting managers and practitioners in execution of responsibilities and decision making requirements by providing administrative, secretariat and reporting capabilities. To manage own portfolio of early arrears defaults, escalating complex concerns to superiors.

QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum Qualification:

• First Degree in Business Commerce.

Experience Required

• 1-2 years experience dealing with multiple stakeholders with well developed verbal and written communication skills; administrative experience with computer literacy, including MS Office with an understanding of the Bank's products and types of collateral.
• 1-2 years some insight into of the control of bad debts and laid down criteria in respect of law costs, interest in suspense and notional interest, routine and accounting procedures.
