    Repair Shop Assistant

    Description

    • Accurately diagnose faults found and reported on a vehicle (trouble shooting).
    • Carry out servicing and repairs to vehicles in an efficient manner.
    • Conduct servicing according to MAN specifications and service sheet.
    • Ensure workshop quality, safety and security procedures are adhered to at all times.
    • Report any vehicle faults other than those on the job card.
    • Work accurately and timeously to achieve both efficiency and productivity to the required standards.
    • Conduct road tests on repaired vehicles as and when needed.

    Requirements

    Qualifications:

    • Grade: 12 Matric Certificate.
    • N1 and above (required subjects: Maths, Engineering Science, Diesel Trade Theory).

    Skills:

    • Good communication (oral and written) & interpersonal relations skills.
    • Customer focused with a results driven approach.
    • Pro-active, highly motivated and pay attention to detail.

    Sales Support Administrator - Bloemfontein

    Description

    • Ensure that the delivery planning is actioned ahead of time as per the all the requirements specified in the Sales Pack.       
    • Develop and maintain relationships and interact with suppliers, and PDI Centres.
    • Manage the Sales Pack/Order Book requirements preparation for final delivery.
    • Ensure that PDI centerers completes all specified items as per the sales pack.
    • Travel between suppliers and customers, if and where necessary in order to have the vehicle ready.
    • Facilitate the roadworthy and registration process after receiving all necessary documentation from the Vehicle Sales Executive.
    • Manage COF, and registration process for final delivery.
    • Ensure that the vehicle is prepared for handover to the customer and the vehicle is ready in the shortest time possible.
    • Ensure that the delivery pack and or hand over documents are ready for the Vehicle Sales Executive.
    • Control and manage permit allocations.
    • Must be prepared to be the company Proxy for the Region and take full responsibility for this function.
    • Assist in making the necessary driver training arrangements in conjunction with the Vehicle Sales Representatives.
    • Assist Vehicle Sales Executive with trade in arrangements and managing thereof.
    • Manage and assist Trade Back and Buy backs per region in conjunction with Vehicle Sales Executives – Returns portfolio.
    • Assist with the IVR Process - inspections and discrepancies.
    • Assist the Sales Admin department in raising PO’s and Deal updates if workload requires.
    • Manage and assist with the preparation of demo trucks.
    • Assist with the delivery and return process of the demos.
    • Assist with the pre-inspections and return inspection of demos.
    • Required to assist with any other sales department requirements Meetings - Functions – Events – Collections and deliveries.
    • One must be willing to work overtime if and when necessary, travel alone at night as well as weekends and public holidays.
    • Report any delays to the relevant senior manager
    • Travel to suppliers and customers as and when necessary.

    Requirements

    Qualifications:

    • Grade: 12 Matric Certificate.

    Skills:

    • Computer Literate.
    • Code EB drivers licence.
    • Be prepared to work overtime.
    • Time Management Skills.
    • Good understanding of operational aspects of the business.

    Auto Electrician

    Description

    • Accurately diagnose faults found on vehicles.
    • Carry out required repairs correctly to ensure vehicles do not return with the same faults.
    • Ensure assembly safety and security procedures are adhered to at all times.
    • Assist with mechanical repairs.
    • Report additional faults to Group Leader/Team Leader found in the protocol.

    Import Coordinator

    Description

    • Monitor the adherence guidelines and processes at the MAN Assembly.
    • Plant Executes payment transactions and records business transactions.
    • Customs compliance & adherence to rules & regulations, SARS compliance & update the rebate register.
    • Be involved in Supplier Contract Management & Supplier annual increase.
    • Implements sound business principles and practices.
    • Ensure stock count, process adjustment, monitor transit stock, CKD stockholding process & procedure.

    Senior Business Analyst

    Description

    • Accepting Financial Statements as forwarded by the sales force and forward same for spreading.
    • Ensure receipt of spreads/DCC from service provider in line with agreed timelines
    • Assess spread/DCC and provide comments on the results to the applicable MFS sales person.
    • Ensure receipt of formal application and attend to uploading of the application to applicable systems.
    • Monitor SLA between MFS and Credit and ensure that a response is received within the agreed SLA timeline.
    • Convey decision to the applicable MFS salesperson.

    Experience:

    • Experience as credit analyst / business analyst- 5 Years or more.
    • Experience in Captive assets financing- 2 Years.
