    Receptionist - Umhlanga

    Job Responsibilities

    • Meeting and greeting clients, visitors, staff, associates, and candidates.
    • Answering switchboard and routing calls to correct person/Department
    • General reception duties including:
    • Photo ID passes
    • Maintaining Visitor Pass Log
    • Booking meeting rooms
    • Booking couriers, taxis, flowers
    • Keeping Reception area tidy
    • Managing deliveries of post, parcels, milk, fruit
    • Manage parking in line with company Car Park Policy
    • Ordering and monitoring stationery supplies

    Talent Acquisition Specialist - Umhlanga

    Job Responsibilities

    • Manage a diverse portfolio of junior to senior level vacancies – from sourcing, advertising, headhunting, screening, assessing and placement
    • Adopt a hands-on role in the end-to-end recruitment cycle. With Hiring Managers, you will be helping to drive the definition of role requirements, identifying the most appropriate recruitment channels, screening / interviewing / assessing candidates, and monitoring pipelines through to salary negotiation and candidate acceptance.
    • Implement creative recruitment strategies to meet hiring demands across the business - using various recruitment methods as appropriate - job boards, LinkedIn, networking, social media channels, referrals, etc.

    Job Requirements:

    • Minimum of matric qualification
    • Relevant HR tertiary qualification preferred.
    • Minimum 5 years’ support function recruitment experience – will consider either agency experience or previous in-house experience

    Skills Required:

    • Experience partnering with managers, interviewers and team members throughout the recruitment process
    • Preference shown for those candidates who have recruited for / in a similar industry in the past, and who have handled volume recruitment in a fast paced environment
    • Must have competency-based interviewing experience
    • Must be well organised and place great emphasis on quality but also quick delivery, with a sense of urgency

    Job Responsibilities:

    • Tailor and deliver a wide range of impactful communication services, including strategic planning and stakeholder engagement which are aligned and are consistent with Huntswood’s brand.

    Skills Required:

    Inbound Sales Advisor - Umhlanga

    Job Responsibilities:

    • We book repairs.
    • Add new appliances to the plan.
    • Cancel a plan if cm no longer has the appliance/if it's Dual Cover.
    • Renew lapsed plans within 30 days If fixed term only, requote if system not allowing renewal after 30 days of renewal due date.
    • Deescalate complaints and if there is detriment caused towards customer(financial/ material inconvenience/ Material Distress) we can then log a complaint. If there's one open and customer has not been contacted in 5 days or more, we can provide them with the complaints external contact number.
    • Provide great cm experience as the first line of contact in the whole company.

    Job Requirements:

    • Grade 12 or a relevant equivalent qualification
    • Min 12 months International Outbound/ Inbound sales & Service, Retentions, Upselling experience
