    Senior Regional Order Fulfillment Planner

    Main duties and responsibilities:

    • Overseeing the order handling for all orders received from the Customer Centres in the region, this includes all operational functions including shipping of spare parts and consumables
    • Manage constant feedback from OF Planners to ensure that internal customers in region are up to date on the status of orders placed and enquiries, to feedback to external customers by responding to request on lead time, order status, delivery, availability and, were applicable, parts information and price inquiries
    • Oversee functions related to Claim Coordinators and assist with operational responsibilities when required - this includes successful completion of ACIGNS raised from Customer Centres and regular feedback to requestors (RDC's/LDC's/GDC's)
    • Oversee daily management of central order fulfilment ticketing system
    • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information / analysis by using the right method / tools
    • Assist in meeting personal / order fulfilment team KPIS and targets
    • Work close with the Regional Order Fulfilment Team Lead to ensure required service is being delivered
    • Assist in investigating issues relating to pricing, deliveries, returns, credits
    • Manage and assist colleagues in shipment tracking and tracing
    • Supervise and assist team with below mentioned daily specific tasks:
    • Order handling
    • Order release and confirmation
    • Order changes
    • Order cancellations
    • Order to delivery issues
    • Back-order support in collaboration with Inbound Replenishment
    • Order documentation
    • Dangerous goods, custom duty export, inspections, restricted parts, certificate etc.
    • Book shipments to forwarders
    • Respond to transportation inquiries
    • Investigate POD Queries and provide POD's as and when required
    • Invoicing
    • Create invoicing for freight recovery and breakdown charges
    • Administration Export handling
    • Coordinate all imports & exports including clearing instructions to the respective clearing agents
    • Senior Order Fulfilment Planner ensures that all documentation is in order prior to shipment
    • Work with claim coordinator (non-conformance) on shipping status and resolving any issues that may arise during shipping
    • Work with claim coordinator to ensure that all shipments are covered for loss or damage during transit
    • Preparing shipping orders or documentation for international or domestic shipments
    • Ensuring that all shipments are properly insured and documented for transportation
    • Prepare reports on shipment activity and costs
    • Perform administrative tasks such as preparing correspondence, maintaining filing systems (Scanco), and ordering supplies
    • Work constantly with continuous improvements through 5S
    • Adhere to departmental policies, procedures and processes to ensure compliance to corporate governance requirements and Group Internal Controls. Ensure departmental compliance to Company Policies & Procedures
    • Always maintain a courteous and professional demeanour and communication with Customer Centres and internal staff
    • Participate in employee development programs including product and application training, business, and personal development opportunities
    • Additional duties relevant for the function in the region/sub-region/country that may occur as per request from the Regional Order Fulfilment Team Lead.

    Competences, skills and experience:

    • In-depth knowledge of ERP systems, preferably M3 and BPCS
    • Have a good understanding of systems integration and EDI
    • Proficiency in MS Office
    • Have good knowledge of supply-chain principles
    • Minimum 4 years of experience of distribution or shipping
    • Minimum 3 years relevant customer service experience
    • Experience in working with different tools in an IT-environment
    • Good working knowledge in English, both verbally and in writing
    • Strong analytical skills for reporting purposes

    Educational Requirements:

    • Grade 12
    • A tertiary qualification in Supply Chain Management or similar would be an advantage

    ERP M3 Specialists, Epiroc

    The mission for the team

    As we are currently expanding our M3 team, there are various responsibilities available depending on your profile and interests. We are seeking talented and business-minded individuals for the roles of Solutions Architect, Implementation Specialist, and Project Leader to join our team. We are looking for candidates with expertise in areas such as Purchase, Supply Chain, Finance, Service, and Rental.

    M3 Solutions Architect

    As a Solutions Architect, you will play an important role in both the strategic and operational aspects of our ERP system, Infor M3. You will collaborate closely with various business units to understand their processes and challenges, ultimately delivering effective solutions within the M3 framework. Your responsibilities will include addressing both high-level strategy and technical details to ensure the ERP template provides stable and long-lasting solutions that meet our business needs.

    M3 Implementation Specialist

    Another critical role in our ongoing journey is that of Implementation Specialist for M3 at new Epiroc sites. In this position, you will be responsible for a range of key tasks, including analyzing business needs, managing projects, and providing training and support. This role involves understanding the business requirements and ensuring that our ERP template aligns with and fulfills their processes. Your expertise will ensure successful implementations and seamless integration of M3 across our new locations.

    M3 Project leader

    As a M3 Project leader you will lead and coordinate initiatives within the M3 area. You will drive cross functional work with multiple resources from different teams. The projects can be both of smaller and larger size. The role requires good collaboration skills, interest in people, have an understanding of both business and ERP processes to be able to deliver on time.

    Location and travel
