    Store Supervisor - Johannesburg

    MAIN OUTPUTS

    • Store Management – Bidvest Owned stock and Client Owned Stock
    • Demand Planning & Forecasting of all stock requirements
    • Management of Stock Movement incl. Damaged & Expired as well as Obsolescence monthly
    • Receiving and issuing stock physically and on SAP
    • Strive to achieve 100% stock accuracy and take accountability of stock movement in the stores
    • Follow up on outstanding purchase orders and deliveries
    • Ensure proper housekeeping and safe stacking procedures
    • Source replacement items of items which have become obsolete and ensure compliance to materials management policies and procedures
    • Perform monthly sample cycle counts as well as quarterly stock takes and filing of issues & receipt slips
    • Undertake other related assignment or duties as assigned to from time to time.

    QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

    • Certificate in Logistics, Inventory Management, Administration and/or Customer service will be advantageous
    • Matric (Senior Certificate)
    • Code B Drivers’ license will be an added advantage
    • Min 5yrs experience in the store’s environment
    • Customer Service training and administration
    • SAP knowledge, MS Word, MS Excel, & MS Outlook (Intermediate skill level)

    Senior Technician - Emergency Power ( Gqeberha/Port Elizabeth)

    Responsibilities:

    • Report for on-site maintenance work and obtain off-site check out on job cards, as per Client and Company requirements.
    • Deliver planned and reactive maintenance services covering the full hard FM spectrum on standby plants, electrical installations and minor building works.
    • Liaise with the client control center on maintenance work to be carried out and alarm conditions to be activated during the maintenance work, clear and test alarms for functionality post maintenance.
    • Carry out task requirements on job cards, as per Client and Company requirements.
    • Conduct maintenance of electrical equipment in accordance with maintenance schedules.
    • Ensure that preventative or emergency fault rectification complies with the relevant legislation, SLA and job plans.
    • Identify potential problems or hazards on Client equipment for investigation, evaluation and resolution.
    • Ensure quality of work and timeous completion of all field request.
    • Provide constant feedback to the Supervisor & Client on restoration of operations.

    Qualifications:

    • N3 - N6 in Electrical Engineering with Trade Test.
    • Matric (Senior Certificate).
    • Valid SA Driver’s License, Wireman’s License.
    • 3yrs relevant experience in the electrical engineering (maintenance) field.
    • Practical knowledge on working on air circuit breakers and PLCs.
    • Practical Knowledge of EPS Controllers (Deep Sea; Gencon; Lovato; Mitsubishi; Siemens etc.).
    • MS Word, MS Excel & MS Outlook (Intermediate skill level), SAP Knowledge.
    • Knowledge of OHS Act.

    Utilities Manager - Centurion

    MAIN OUTPUTS

    • Flow through and cash request management.
    • Ensure that all Internal and external queries are attended to and resolved in time.
    • Ensure data integrity and accurate management of all creditor’s accounts.
    • Management and authorization of utility master data changes. E.g. Bank details and ref number.
    • Provide utilities and financial reports to management and client.
    • Sampling/Approving or finalizing of payments & uploading
    • Staff Management (HR and ER)
    • Take responsibility for ensuring that proper utilities management and control is applied within the operation.
    • Promote and develop the culture of performance resulting in growth and effectiveness.
    • Assist with audit queries from internal and external auditors
    • Lead change and support all strategic change initiatives and challenges arising in the department.
    • Keeping abreast with accounting principles and meeting customer’s service expectations as per the SLA

    QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

    The Applicant must meet the following requirements:

    • Diploma/Degree in Accounting
    • Matric / Grade 12
    • Valid SA driver’s license
    • 3 years of Utilities management and accounting experience
    • Continuous Self Development
    • Knowledge of SAP Financial modules will be an advantage.
    • Computer literacy with sufficient knowledge of MS Office software. (Specifically MS Excel and MS Word)

    Contracts Commercial Co-Ordinator - Pretoria

    MAIN OUTPUTS

    • Maintain Preventative Maintenance (PM) schedules in accordance to the SLA for all equipment and services
    • Create Purchase Requisitions (PR) on correct expense codes and ensure accuracy against the quotation
    • Ensure that all orders are processed timeously
    • Monitor the execution of work and implement corrective measures on deviations
    • Manage all incoming requests and complaints on daily basis, and provide timeous feedback in ensuring customer satisfaction
    • Dispatch requests to technical staff and pertinent service providers and follow-up on action items
    • Conduct monthly verification of WIP and report on variances
    • Provide weekly/monthly reports on SLAs and backlog
    • Planning for placement of employees, contractors and efficient utilization of materials and tools
