    Data Quality Analyst

    Purpose:

    • This role will work closely with the Data Operations and Data Governances teams supporting the quality assurance oversight (data error detection and correction) on business processes where data is collected, stored, transformed, or used for TCCC reporting.
    • The Data Quality Analyst will assist the core data team/s in monitoring data integration points and data sharing process/es across various bottler systems, ensuring and monitoring the final quality of our internal data stores and flows. The role will also be involved in data cleansing, data definitions, setting up/Improving standard operating processes, as well as serving in a consultant role to functional teams by providing best practices, improved processes and data interpretation.

    Responsibilities:

    This will be a support role and will be expected to complete the following activities:-

    Data Quality & Issue Management

    • Analysis of data for compliance to design specification (source-to-target) and expected/anticipated behaviors, identifying quality issues and recommending solutions
    • Actively communicate to internal/external/stakeholders/customers quality issues about the way data is collected, stored, processed, or used
    • Establish, monitor, and report on breaches to Service Level Agreements of external data assets with the bottler/s and impacts to production performance and tracking
    • Perform audits, as required, to ensure quality processes exist and are being adhered to.
    • Communicate the pervasiveness of data quality problems and their potential impacts and take the lead in resolving them via data integration and/or business process improvement.
    • Investigate, troubleshoot, and document data issues from internal and external customers

    • Initiate in-depth analysis/ root cause analysis of bottler data quality issues and present trends business.

    • Develop tools and reports that enable scalable and repeatable delivery of DQ analyses

    Data Remediation

    • Support the de-duplication and re-qualification efforts for key bottler data elements.
    • Identify opportunities for standardization of data elements and related definitions. Collaborate with business users to apply necessary changes.
    • Develop an intimate familiarity with bottler data and support functional teams on best practices for product classification, customer segmentation, and other master data methodologies.
    • Investigate questions or issues related to master data elements and provide resolution in a timely fashion.

    Qualifications and Experience:

    • Relevant tertiary qualification (i.e. B Com informatics, Computer Science etc.)
    • Detail Oriented - Strong analytical skills/problem-solving/conceptual thinking. Must be able to identify, analyze and address problems to resolve issues whenever possible in a way that minimizes negative impact and risk to the organization.

    Datacentre Server Support Engineer X2

Identify key components and requirements necessary to ensure that architecture of the integrated environment can reach maximum levels of availability, efficiency, scalability, and security.

    Assist Enterprise Architects in socializing and syndicating policies and standards across Technology realms. Act as a champion to help all facets of the development enterprise (hardware, software, integration) to understand and adopt these standards and policies. Collaborate in Enterprise Architecture planning initiatives to arrive at:

     Qualifications and experience:

    • Bachelor’s Degree e.g., Computer Science, Bcom Information Technology

    First Line Support Engineer

    • We are looking for a First Line Support Engineer to provide a single point of contact for customers to obtain support, be this via a customer-dedicated service desk or the Datacentrix shared service desk. The First-Line Support Engineer receives and responds to incidents and service requests from the customer/customer end users.  You will assess the request or incident to determine whether fulfillment/resolution can be achieved first-line and actions where first-line support is possible.     IM Programme Manager

     

    Purpose:

    • The position includes ownership for identifying, prioritizing, and coordinating project and program resources engaged with all initiatives within the selected project portfolio. The portfolio manager is a primary resource to the project/program-related steering committees, and the senior leadership assigned to oversee the portfolio.     Technical Delivery Lead

     

    Purpose:

    • The purpose of Global Information Management (IM) is to enable the delivery of business processes, communication, collaboration and knowledge management through the deployment, support and maintenance of enterprise IT/OT technology, infrastructure, applications and Mine Technical systems.
    • The Technical Delivery Lead manages, guide and advice techincal resources, vendors and projects.
    • Oversee all techincal delivery of application development and development governance of operational and capital teams. Set deadlines, assign responsibilities and monitor technical resources.
    • The successful candidate will work directly with different stakeholders to ensure deliverables fall within the applicable scope and budget. He or she will coordinate with other departments to ensure all aspects of each project are compatible and will hire new talent as needed to fulfil client needs.
    • May require a bachelor's degree and 4-6 years of experience in the field or in a related area. Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices and procedures. Rely on limited experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Perform a variety of tasks. Lead and direct the work of others. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department.     Typical tasks:

    • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution and techincal governance of software development projects and tasks.

    Knowledge and qualifications:

    Formal qualifications:

    • An undergraduate qualification (Bachelor's degree or equivalent) in the relevant IM discipline and/or Technical competencies and certification with relevant years of experience in a similar role. Project Management Professional (PMP) / PRINCE II certification is a plus

    Role-specific knowledge:

    • Proven working experience in managing software developers and other techincal resources
    • Code reviews, SonarQube analysis and Coding Governance overview and process management.
    • Provide Technical input, guidance and roadmaps to various type of software apllications

    Purpose:

    Training Coordinator - ERP SAP S4 Hana

     

    • Our client is looking for a Training Coordinator - ERP SAP S4 Hana on a 12 months contract wit strong understanding of ERP training content. The Training Coordinator role is to provide training coordination and support within the projects of the IM Global function and specifically the IM separation project.

    Qualifications and experience:

    • Tertiary qualification in Business, Education, IT or related fields.
    • 3 - 5 years in IT training management.
    • Strong Project Management knowledge and skills.
    • End-to-end project management/coordination experience.
    • Experience coordinating training for a large program.
    • Managing diverse stakeholders.

    RESPONSIBILITIES FOR THIS ROLE

    • Responsible for identifying, defining, planning and managing of training programs for business users. The Training Coordinator will oversee the matching of curriculums, programs, platforms and content to the needs of the respective business functions and stakeholder groups, manage development of training content by the identified service providers and manage the overall training delivery process.
