    Training Coordinator - ERP SAP S4 Hana

     

    • Our client is looking for a Training Coordinator - ERP SAP S4 Hana on a 12 months contract wit strong understanding of ERP training content. The Training Coordinator role is to provide training coordination and support within the projects of the IM Global function and specifically the IM separation project.

    Qualifications and experience:

    • Tertiary qualification in Business, Education, IT or related fields.
    • 3 - 5 years in IT training management.
    • Strong Project Management knowledge and skills.
    • End-to-end project management/coordination experience.
    • Experience coordinating training for a large program.
    • Managing diverse stakeholders.
    • Strong understanding of ERP training content.
    • Moderate Systems Analysis skills.
    • Knowledge and Experience with SAP Enable Now will be advantageous.

    RESPONSIBILITIES FOR THIS ROLE

    • Responsible for identifying, defining, planning and managing of training programs for business users. The Training Coordinator will oversee the matching of curriculums, programs, platforms and content to the needs of the respective business functions and stakeholder groups, manage development of training content by the identified service providers and manage the overall training delivery process.

    Tasks:

    • Stakeholder management to ensure training needs are met.
    • Review Training Needs Analysis and other business input to understand training needs.
    • Match curriculums, programs, platforms and content to the needs of the respective business functions and stakeholder groups.
    • Review curriculum outlines and update training plans
    • Document key decisions regarding training plans and content (inclusive of specific training approaches and identified service providers)

    Coordinate the planning, design and development of training material to close gaps.

    • Ensure documents are prepared and reviewed as per schedule.

    Manage and coordinate overall training delivery inclusive of planning, scheduling and tracking of training delivery.

    • Report on training progress.
    • Support tracking of training and updating of progress against training paths.
    • Provide the interface between training service providers and business.
    • Mitigating training risks, proactively managing identified risks/ issues.
