Main responsibilities

The Business Intelligence (BI) Solutions Architect (SA) is responsible for conceptualizing, designing, implementing, and supporting BI solutions. Overall purpose of the role

As a Digital Campaign Administrator, you will be responsible for managing the marketing automation platform and fully leveraging its capabilities on behalf of the marketing community across the Sanlam Group. Working closely with marketing managers, designers, copywriters, developers, agencies and project managers this role will execute all programmatic and operational initiatives through the marketing automation platform

• Responsible for marketing automation campaign execution across multiple channels (Email, SMS, WhatsApp etc.), including journey building, segmentation, testing, content building and deployment of the campaign via the CRM platform (MS D365)

Overall purpose of the role

The purpose of the role is to investigate, design and build mobile-friendly user interfaces that can integrate with an SAP ERP back-end. Perform complex ABAP programming, testing, and debugging functions related to the implementation of SAP modules - including SAP PO, Portal and SharePoint.
