Senior SAP Project Manager at Intellinexus

Overall purpose of the role

Coordinate and manage the Cutover. Develop the Global Template and Local teams, to execute the Cutover. Responsible for to updating the template for future cutovers during the global implementation of the new systems.

Main responsibilities

• Develop and execute cutover activities, including project plans and estimates, scoping and requirements through implementation and deployment
• Responsible for the Cutover Readiness & Execution activities within the Deployment Plan for the region
• Provide Cutover status reporting to project leadership and key stakeholders
• Schedule regression testing of shared environments liaise with support teams to ensure appropriate change requests/procedures are followed
• Identify risks and build/test mitigation plans including business process workarounds
• Develop the business risk mitigation, blackout & recovery, and the detailed Cutover strategy, approach, & plan for the region
• Serve as escalation point for Regional SMEs during the entire cutover period

Qualification and experience

• Degree in Computer Science or equivalent
• S4 Hana experience
• Prior experience in handling SAP cutover large-scale projects
• Excellent customer interfacing skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills
• Preparing the project plan.
• Liaising with stakeholders and clients.
• Monitoring progress of the project and ensuring that it meets all deadlin
