    Career Associate

    Description
    WHAT IS YOUR ROLE

    • We are seeking a Full-Time Career Outcomes Associate to be part of our rapidly growing Career Outcomes Team. We are looking for a well-organized, detail oriented, and data driven professional that comes with strong communication skills, ability to multitask, and adapt to change quickly. Our Career Outcomes Associate will support our Career Readiness team and Career Coach team by providing meaningful outreach to active and completed students and help shape the student expectations and understanding of career support.

    WHAT WILL YOU DO

    • Contact active learners via phone, SMS, and our LMS system to encourage Career Outcomes participation and road to packaging. 
    • Help reinforce expectations for students around career support through 1:1 correspondence
    • Provide administrative support for Career Readiness and Career Coaches and students in our LMS and CRM systems.
    • Ensure accurate and timely data entry and maintenance of student conversations and sessions.
    • Maintain feedback loops between teams.

    Requirements
    YOU HAVE…

    • A background in higher education, student advising, or process management.
    • Ability to build rapid rapport and trust with students across diverse backgrounds and abilities.
    • You have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • You are passionate or interested in learning about the tech landscape.
    • You have experience working in a remote environment and/or a fast paced environment.
    • You thrive in an agile and collaborative environment.
    • Organized and detail-oriented. Always up-to-date in documentation and record creation.
    • Ability to work in a collaborative environment.
    • Experience working with Google Drive, Microsoft Office, and any sales/operation CRM and other collaboration tools is preferred.

    Customer Advocate

    WHAT IS YOUR ROLE

    • As a Customer Advocate, you will be responsible for interacting with customers to address inquiries and resolve complaints regarding the clients’ products and services. In this position, you will collaborate with internal and external teams to handle the customers' needs and to provide excellent customer service in a timely and professional manner.

    WHAT WILL YOU DO 

    • Interact with customers to provide and process accurate, valid, and complete information with the highest degree of empathy, courtesy, and professionalism
    • Perform problem tracking and ensure that issues are properly documented, prioritized, tracked, and resolved
    • Ensure proper and timely escalation of issues to meet internal and external expectations
    • Identify opportunities and recommendations for continuous process improvement
    • Deliver service excellence and maximize customer service and satisfaction
    • Work with the external team to stay updated on product and service knowledge

    Requirements
    YOU HAVE…

    • 6 months to 1 year of customer service experience (may it be email, phone, or chat support)
    • Basic knowledge of cloud-based applications (Google Drive, Google Sheets, Google Docs) and MS Office applications 
    • Excellent reading comprehension, verbal, and written communication skills
    • Strong and effective phone contact handling skills
    • An ability to understand and communicate complex ideas to customers, both verbally and in written form
    • Aptitude to quickly learn and navigate new technology, systems, and applications
    • Ability to accept feedback gracefully and with an open mind
    • Intermediate understanding of common Customer Experience best practices
    • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
