Senior SAP BW Consultant at Intellinexus

Overall purpose of the role

Work from functional/business specifications to develop SAP BW reports primarily using Business Explorer (Bex) and BW modelling tools. Work with the SAP BW team to meet reporting requirements and test the project deliverables. Translate logical designs into component designs considering the solution design, performance requirements and existing systems.

Qualification and experience

• 7+ years experience working with various user applications
• 7+ years experience in SAP BW
• 7+ years experience in query building in SAP BW using BEX, AFO & Eclipse
• 7+ years experience in Conducting Unit tests, Integration tests and Security tests
• 5+ years ABAP development experience
• 2+ years experience in HANA Developments
• SAP ABAP Development experience
• SAP BWonHANA development experience
• SAP BW4/HANA development experience
• Development of Data Flows from source to target (BWonHANA & BW4/HANA)
• Ability to setup Process Chains
• Ability to create BEX Queries in BW
• Understanding of BW Modelling Possibilities for ex. LSA & LSA++
• Ability to resolve & implement BW Related Incidents & Changes
• SAP BW Module Configuration ability
• Interface/Integration knowledge
• Ability to create and maintain Development documentation
• Ability to analyse and solve SAP BW Module issues
• Ability to maintain SAP BW Module functional documentation
• Ability to conduct Unit tests, Integration tests and Security tests
• Previous experience on SAP multi project platforms
