JOB DESCRIPTION
The Analyst, Insights is responsible for supporting the Contact Centre, Admin and Support teams across Fraud with timely Reporting/Dashboard/Scorecard solutions using SQL ,MS Excel, SharePoint, SAS and similar Business Intelligence tools.
To support the reporting requirements by way of data pulls, queries, and automating processes/tasks, creating reports, scorecards and dashboards to the contact centres, admin and support teams (WFM/Projects/QA,Dialler)
QUALIFICATIONS
Qualifications /Experience Required
- 3+ years of experience in working with SAS/ SQL and experience in data gathering, storage, extraction and manipulation.
- 3+ years of experience in working in collections and deep understanding of Collections terminology, strategy process and procedures
- Strong working knowledge of call centre technology, and strong skills in conducting systems analysis and troubleshooting
- End to end knowledge of collections process and procedures
- Advanced knowledge on ACD and dialler systems
