    Sales Representative (Agrinet)

    Description

    • Agrinet, a wholesale supplier and distributor of a wide range of products that cater to the hardware retail, industrial and irrigation markets in Africa is looking for Sales Representative for the North West region.
    • The Sales Representative is responsible for maximizing the profitability of allocated accounts, by managing the relationship with the Customers and supporting them to exceed their sales targets of our full product range.
    • Ensure orders received as per budgeted month.
    • Increase turnover of existing customers across the entire account base by upselling and cross selling.
    • Set overall revenue targets for each account.
    • Identify opportunities to win business where Customers currently favour competitors’ products.
    • Ensure relationship is strong enough for customers not shop elsewhere.
    • Inform customers of new products, promotional campaigns marketing programs and feedback to management.
    • Always inform customer of any delays in supply chain.
    • Assist customers in tenders and quotes where necessary.
    • Give customer feedback on sales by product category.
    • Keep customer informed on Rebate achievement.
    • Assist with minor deliveries and collections where possible.
    • Give customer feedback to the management team.
    • Build trust and confidence with the Customer through reliable and consistent service delivery and industry and product knowledge.
    • Resolve complaints and queries effectively
    • Determine and manage the Customer’s expectations regarding stock and delivery.
    • Ensure you are aware of your customer is tracking by month, by quarter, by year as well as which product category they might need special attention on.
    • Updating of customer base and action plans on battle board, with regards to
    • focused and new customers are critical component to sales planning and success.
    • Formulate and implement plans to increase turnover per existing customer.
    • Ensure knowledge and understanding of customer’s business.
    • Determine who the key decision makers are and what their needs are.
    • Develop and demonstrate specialist knowledge of Agrinet’s and competitor’s products.
    • Determine training needs and provide relevant training on product benefits.

    Requirements

    • Qualifications: National Senior Certificate or NTC3 (Candidates with a post matric qualification will receive preference).
    • Requirements:  At least 2 Year’s sales experience in the retail, agri or industrial spheres

    Operator (Bastion) - Britten

    DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Observe and monitor equipment operation during the extraction, hauling, crushing and screening processes to detect any problems.
    • Unload materials, devices, and machine parts, using hand tools.
    • Set up and adjust equipment in the plant.
    • Perform maintenance tasks on key equipment.
    • Perform daily check sheets in area of work (TMM's, Conveyors, other plant areas)
    • Do internal risk assessments daily in your area of work
    • Assist with general duties and ad-hoc responsibilities at Bastion mining operation sites, either hauling of limestone by means of TMM or operating of the crushing and screening plants.

    Requirements

    • Skilled in and licensed to operate trackless mobile machinery (TMM)
    • Forklift license
    • Basic rigging certification

    Tractor Technician - Vryburg

    DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE JOB

    • Perform electronical and mechanical diagnostic tests on tractors to identify faults and issues.
    • Repair or replace faulty parts, such as engines, transmissions, brakes, steering systems, and hydraulic systems.
    • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including changing oil, filters, and belts, lubricating parts, and adjusting engine components.
    • Performs additional duties and special projects as needed or directed
    • Keep accurate records of repairs and maintenance activities performed on each tractor.
    • Communicate with customers to explain repairs and maintenance required on their equipment.
    • Provide recommendations for regular maintenance and inspections to prevent future breakdowns and how to operate tractors safely and effectively.
    • Provide guidance on how to identify and respond to potential problems.
    • Perform other related duties as assigned:
    • Assist with other tasks such as inventory management, cleaning and organising the workshop, and training new technicians.
    • Attend training sessions and workshops to stay up to date with new technologies and industry trends.

    Requirements

    • Completed Trade Test Certificate (Tractor, Motor or Diesel)
    • High school diploma or equivalent qualification is required.
    • Minimum of 5 years of experience working with tractors or agricultural equipment.
    • In-depth knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems in tractors.
    • Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and diagrams.
    • Strong communication skills to interact positively with customers and team members.
    • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
    • Physical ability to lift heavy equipment and parts.
    • Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining accuracy and accountability in all aspects of the job.
