    Photographer & Videographer: Hi & VAS

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Create and craft a photography & video style that supports the Brand’s strategic intent.
    • Manage the efficient delivery of world class images and video that meet the Brand’s specs and quality standards whilst maintaining studio through-put & cost per image/video.
    • Capturing the benefits and uniqueness of each product at its highest visual potential.
    • Support the Brands objectives through a visual representation.

    • Support the necessary styling and crafting of products, models or mood to ensure highest quality of images.

    Qualifications and Experience:

    • Degree in photography or visual communication preferred

    • Photo and photo/video editing experience
    • Knowledge of product staging and lighting for photoshoots and video shoots, including various background, prop, and lifestyle/action settings

    Senior Sourcing Specialist - Jet Home

    Key Responsibilities:

    • The to ensure synergistic financial benefits across the key commodities within the portfolio
    • Support purchasing/product strategies to achieve improved operational profitability, Lead time, OTIF, Sell Through, Quality, Cost for Jet

    Head of Buying - Totalsports

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Lead the buying team to conceptualise and implement the merchandise strategy in line with overall company strategy
    • Deliver the defined turnover growth and margins

    Designer Kids and Tees

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Create look and feel for seasonal merchandise, based on global trend and key lessons learnt (includes direction on silhouette, styling and fabric, print and colour). Essential to have a commercial eye and be able to interpret international trends for the customer
    • Incorporate brand handwriting / personality into the ranges
    • Briefing graphic designer and outwork team on trend and branding direction
    • Present and Develop Key Items for Foschini retail team for the upcoming season taking key platform fabrics and price points into consideration 
    • This individual is also responsible for monitoring weekly sales and continuous developments throughout the season ensuring that the brand remains relevant and in line with consumer demand
    • Provide comprehensive and technical CAD drawings and tech packs, to ensure relevant and cost-effective product
    • Provide effective test options in order to establish new product categories, and relevant iterations on existing product lines.
    • Provide the buying teams with regular relevant and aspirational trend information that is brand right
    • Managing the design process throughout the critical path -from briefing patternmaker thoroughly and working closely with all internal customers (merchandise, fabric, pattern and sample room teams) to ensure that samples are effectively executed
    • This individual needs to ensure all garments purchased meet the retail customer’s satisfaction with regards to quality and costs

     Qualifications and Experience:

    • Tertiary qualification in Fashion Design
    • Relevant work experience of 5 years in a design role
    • Manufacturing and supplier experience beneficial
    • Practical knowledge of garment construction, fabrics and trims

    Skills:

    • Initiative and self-motivation important, able to meet strict deadlines 
    • Excellent skills in Photoshop, Illustrator, Adobe, InDesign and Microsoft Office 
    • Has good interpersonal and communication skills

    Responsibilities:  

    • Assisting the Store manager with Stock take & store administration
    • Monitor and analyse stock movement within the store
    • Implement risk management procedures, which mitigate stock losses and Shrinkage.
    • Ensure compliance of all administration, systems and reporting procedures
