    Recruitment Consultant: Business Development

    Your responsibilities will include:

    • Lead and manage end-to-end recruitment processes, identifying and attracting high-caliber candidates for various roles.
    • Drive new business initiatives, fostering long-term partnerships with clients.
    • Proactively identify and secure new business opportunities, leveraging your industry expertise to broaden our client base.
    • Offer strategic advice on market trends, industry benchmarks, and innovative talent strategies, enhancing our competitive edge.
    • Develop and maintain client relationships, providing tailored recruitment solutions to meet their needs.
    • Create detailed reports that reflect market dynamics and uncover opportunities for client and business growth.
    • Lead and manage end-to-end recruitment processes, identifying and attracting high-caliber candidates for various roles.
    • Coordinate closely with our candidate delivery team to ensure seamless candidate sourcing, mapping, and placements.
    • Drive new business initiatives, fostering long-term partnerships with clients.

    What we are looking for:

    • Extensive experience in 360 recruitment, with a proven track record in agency recruitment and business development.
    • Exceptional ability in spotting new business opportunities and developing them into long-term partnerships.
    • Demonstrated capability to interact with and influence clients at all levels, backed by strong presence and strategic insight.
    • Ability to manage a high-performing desk, meeting ambitious targets while fostering teamwork to maintain high service levels.
    • A passion for business development and sales, with a proactive approach to driving growth.

    Senior Tech Talent Partner

    Your responsibilities will include:

    • Take ownership of the end-to-end hiring process, including the design of job descriptions, advertisement of new roles, sourcing, mapping and engaging with talent, active management of inbound applications, screening & interviewing of candidates, closing, and offer negotiations.
    • Collaborating, partnering, and building lasting relationships with stakeholders throughout the entire hiring process.
    • Source & engage exceptional senior tech talent across a global market.
    • Ability to thoroughly assess tech candidates at screening stage or 1st interview.
    • Deliver an amazing candidate experience.
    • Map & research senior tech talent in key competitors and target diverse talent using innovative tools and platforms.
    • Manage complex candidate closes.
    • Work effectively as part of a team.
    • Demonstrate proactivity to ensure we continuously exceed our client’s expectations.

    What we are looking for:

    • Solid understanding of everything tech, could consider yourself a tech guru 
    • 6 or more years of experience working within the tech recruitment space.
    • End-to-end recruitment experience is essential.
    • International tech recruitment exposure, would be ideal.
    • Experience working with senior stakeholders.
    • Strong ability in mapping out senior tech talent across global markets.
    • Overall, an absolute passion & curiosity for everything tech.
    • Willing to work US East Coast hours, would be ideal.

    • International recruitment experience, would be advantageous.
    • Experience working with senior stakeholders.
    • Strong ability in talent mapping across global markets.
