Your responsibilities will include:

• Take ownership of the end-to-end hiring process, which may include but are not limited to the design of job descriptions, advertisement of new roles, management of inbound applications, sourcing, screening & interviewing of candidates, closing & offer negotiations.
• Collaborating, partnering and building lasting relationships with stakeholders throughout the entire hiring process.
• Source & engage exceptional talent across global markets.
• Ability to thoroughly assess candidates at screening stage or 1st interview.
• Deliver an amazing candidate experience.
• Map & research talent in key competitors and target diverse talent using innovative tools & platforms.
• Manage complex closes for candidates across global markets.
• Work effectively as part of a team.
• Demonstrate proactivity to ensure we continuously exceed our clients expectations.

What we are looking for:

• Solid understanding of generalist recruitment, 3 years + experience within tech or non - tech sectors.
• End-to-end recruitment experience is a must.
• International recruitment experience, would be advantageous.
• Experience working with senior stakeholders.
• Strong ability in talent mapping across global markets.
