    JOB DESCRIPTION

    To implement, scale and commercialise the business client value proposition/s and business life journeys (e.g., enterprise banking, direct, sector, etc.) at a local market level through the client engagements platforms, delivered through multi-disciplined squads.     Analyst, Market Risk

    JOB DESCRIPTION

    The role requires the incumbent to take responsibility for identifying, measuring, managing and reporting market risk exposures, relative to a predetermined risk appetite, mainly for the Foreign Exchange Options desk as well as any other non-linear desk as deemed necessary by senior management within Market Risk (SA or AR). In order to do so, optimum use is required to be made of risk, front office and reporting technology, in addition to which daily interaction with the trading team and other related business support functions will be necessary. The role also requires periodic rotation into other desks 

    QUALIFICATIONS

    • Type of Qualification: Post Graduate Degree
    • Field of Study: Mathematical Sciences

    Experience Required

    • 1 – 2 years experience and knowledge of Global Markets Products and their valuations.

    Specialist, Commercial Asset Finance

    JOB DESCRIPTION

    To achieve Commercial Asset Finance (CAF) sales performance objectives by implementing approved asset-based finance transactions to both new and existing customers for allocated
    portfolio within a province across segments and sectors. To maintain post-sales relationships with customers whilst identifying further asset-based finance and retention opportunities in

    Head, Risk and Governance

    To define and develop a framework (for adoption by Group Vehicle Asset Finance) that ensures integration of all risk elements (e.g., Operational Risk, Credit Risk, Business Risk, etc.) across the entire Vehicle Asset Finance value chain (including external / third party channels) with the necessary risk orientated discipline (e.g. mapped with clear controls and accountabilities - including documentation standards) and ensures that the framework is maintained. 

    QUALIFICATIONS

    • Degree in Business Commerce 
    • 7 - 10 years experience in Compliance and Risk Management.
    • 7 - 10 years experience in routine banking processes, operations and systems. 
    • 7 - 10 years experience in leading a specialist team 
    • Demonstrated understanding of legal issues and auditing principles. 
    • Understanding of Group Vehicle Asset Finance's regulatory and compliance obligations
