    Head of Customer Service

    What You Will Be Doing:  

    • Responsible for the overall performance and operational delivery of your teams

    Workforce Management and Reporting Specialist

    What You Will Be Doing:  

    • Monitor and analyse call volume projection functions, forecasting call volumes and staffing needs in a timely and accurate manner to improve operational efficiencies. 
    • Measures and monitors dips and spikes in Service Levels, Abandoned Rate, Occupancy, AHT, Absenteeism, Schedule Adherence, and other metrics. 
    • Oversees all scheduling (i.e., shift schedules, training, vacation, meeting, overtime, etc.) with regards to the Contact Centre and Back Office unit to ensure that service and productivity are met in a timely and efficient manner. 
    • Prepare periodic management reports that tracks key operational performance metrics including trend and ratio analysis. 
    • Collaborate with Contact Centre Management to identify opportunities for overall improvement of service levels, key performance indicators and resource utilization 
    • Provide daily, weekly, monthly performance reports for the contact centre, back office, and other departments within customer Experience. 
    • Monitors site to ensure optimal staffing levels. 
    • Administers volume contingency action plans as deemed necessary and appropriate. 
    • Facilitates real-time discussions with necessary stakeholders. 
    • Completes root-cause analysis to determine and quantify reasons for forecast variance and recommends changes to enhance forecast accuracy and effectiveness. 
    • Create and drive the implementation of policies and procedures to standardize specific Workforce management functions and processes. 

    What You Need for This Role:  

    • Workforce Management experience in a multi-channel contact centre environment 
    • Experience in analysis and reports  
    • Communication (written, verbal, Inter-personal) 
    • Critical Thinking & Problem-solving skills. 
    • Deep understanding of contact centre operations, metrics, and their effect on staffing 
    • Microsoft Excel spreadsheets experience with Functions, importing/exporting, and manipulating data

    Head of Finance

    What You Will Be Doing:  

    • Lead and manage the finance department, providing guidance and direction as and when required.
    • Manage and oversee financial operations, including financial planning and analysis, accounting, tax, and treasury functions.
    • Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of financial reports and statements.
    • Monitor and analyse financial performance, identifying trends and providing insights to senior management.
    • Work with the Group Finance team to implement best-practice financial policies and procedures.
    • Identify and implement process improvements to streamline financial operations and improve efficiency.
    • Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and laws governing the online sports betting and i-gaming industry.
    • Manage relationships with external financial partners, including banks, auditors, and tax advisors.

    • Collaborate with non-finance departments, including marketing, product development, and customer services to provide financial insights and analysis that inform business decisions.
    • Work with department heads to develop and implement financial strategies to support business goals.
    • Prepare accurate and insightful management information, including the monthly results pack for South Africa, including variance analysis and comparatives against budget and forecast.
    • Lead the South Africa Budget process by collaborating with Group Finance and department heads to develop a detailed bottom-up budget that can be measured against throughout the year, ensuring alignment with the Group’s long-term growth targets.
    • Growth Initiatives: define and measure against detailed strategic growth initiatives including product launches and marketing campaigns.
    • Ad-hoc project work when required.

    What You Need for This Role:  

    • CPA or SAICA certification required
    • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or related field; MBA or other advanced degree preferred
    • Strong knowledge of financial accounting principles and practices, including IFRS and GAAP
    • Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
    • Experience working with ERP systems and financial software
    • Experience of creating and maintaining financial models, such as budgets, forecasts and five-year plans
    • Proven success in financial management, forecasting, and reporting.
    • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data to support decision making
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously

    Head of Marketing

    What You Will Be Doing:  

    Strategy Execution:

    • Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with the overall business objectives and drives customer acquisition and retention.
    • Ownership of marketing budget and the ROI associated with the marketing spend as per determined deliverables and targets.
    • Create marketing segmentations to grow the usage of our products' portfolio by identifying target audiences across the country, and develop marketing strategies, plans and activities that target these segments for growth.
    • Create a performance marketing & digital strategy to focus on driving traffic, leads, and conversions through paid media channels such as PPC, display advertising, and affiliate marketing.

    Operational Delivery 

    • Responsible for the day-to-day planning and execution of all marketing activities, including setting goals for all marketing units and monitoring their achievement.
    • Align the organization internally around marketing, brand, and customer objectives
    • Manage annual budgeting and forecasting exercises.
    • Rigorously monitor marketing performance against approved budgets and put measures in place to address variances; Continuously identify areas for improved efficiency.
    • Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns and initiatives on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis, and ensure that these are designed, developed, and launched within the given timeframes.

    SQL Database Administrator & Developer

    What you will be doing:  

    • Working within a central DBA team whilst interfacing with an assigned dev squad
    • Traditional MS SQL Server administration tasks such as backups, availability group maintenance, version upgrades, connectivity issues, infrastructure management etc…
    • Pre-emptive T-SQL optimisation, identification and tuning of high consuming queries achieved through in-depth query performance monitoring
    • Partitioning and database size management
    • T-SQL code review for an assigned dev squad as well as supporting developers with efficient database design
    • Developing and maintaining archiving strategies, data extraction and data insertion pipelines using T-SQL and/or Azure Data Factory
    • Code and infrastructure automation using tools such as PowerShell, Terraform and Azure DevOps
    • Migrating to and creating managed database services such as Azure SQL Database and Azure SQL Managed Instances
    • Participating in an on-call support roster

    What you need for this role: 

    • Experience as a MS SQL Server database administrator
    • Experience in data engineering
    • Experience with busy databases handling millions of transactions per day
    • Experience in Microsoft Azure would be considered a strong asset

    SOC Engineer

    What You Will Be Doing:  

    • Ensure maximum possible service availability and performance through pro-active monitoring, alerting and diagnostic activities
    • Provide support services for Engineering and other technical teams.
    • Fault handling and escalation (identifying and responding to faults in our production gaming systems and networks) 
    • Manage and resolve assigned incident tickets
    • Support Problem Management and root cause analysis
    • Become an SME on the systems and services you support
    • Support disaster recovery activities

    What You Need for This Role:  

    • Experience of using Microsoft Server OS and Linux, service restarts and basic administration

Experience of using monitoring software such as Kibana, Site24x7, PagerDuty, Status page and Azure App Insights. Knowledge of technologies such as Redis, RabbitMQ, Windows Clusters and Databases
    • Experience of basic knowledge of SQL and how Databases operate. Experience of employment in a Support role or IT Network Support role. Knowledge and clear understanding of basic IT networking
    • Knowledge of ITIL is a plus and experience in incident management is required
    • Good English both written and verbal
