    REQUIREMENTS

    • Relevant three year post matric / tertiary qualification in the related / specialization field / profession (English taken to 2nd year)
    • Qualification in Education
    • 3 years teaching experience in the related programmes
    • Registered with SACE
    • Computer literacy in Ms Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
    • Language proficiency in English
    • Driver's licence

    RECOMMENDATIONS

    • Management experience

    • Assessor and Moderator
    • TVET experience
    • More than 3 years experience teaching related programmes

    Duties and Responsibilities    
    RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Ensuring effective curriculum delivery, management and support of lecturers and all other duties related to these functions for English & Communications for NC(V), NATED & Occupational programmes
    • Ensuring academic excellence and improvement of English & Communication results as well as literacy levels
    • Ensuring high quality of teching, learning and assessment in maintained iall classrooms for these subjects
    • Ensuring marking, assessing, invigilating, setting of assessments, interventions and registers are done by lecturers.

    Duties and Responsibilities

    • Compile and submit monthly and quarterly reports to project stake holders as required in the MOA’s
    • Liaise with external stakeholders, CEO, college staff, private sector organisations and SETA’s on project reporting
    • Ensure that project deliverables are met within the time frame as per the signed MOU/SLA with funders
