Project Administration Officer - Muizenberg at False Bay College

Minimum Requirements    
REQUIREMENTS

• Recognised National Diploma (NQF 6) in Public Management/ Administration or equivalent qualification
• 1-2 years relevant work experience with knowledge of the SETA & QCTO regulatory environment
• Knowledge of the FET Act & Skills Development Act
• Knowledge and experience in Occupational training project coordination
• Understanding and working knowledge of the NQF and SETA regulations
• Computer literate (Ms Office)
• Drivers licence

RECOMMENDATIONS

• Experience using XL, NSDMS & SETMIS software
• SDF skills and knowledge
• Training in Project Management
• Experience in the TVET sector

Duties and Responsibilities    
RESPONSIBILITIES

• Project manage administrative aspects of the occupational training programs
• Establish and maintaining updated databases where as required
• Compile and submit monthly and quarterly reports to project stake holders as required in the MOA’s
• Liaise with external stakeholders, CEO, college staff, private sector organisations and SETA’s on project reporting
• Ensure that project deliverables are met within the time frame as per the signed MOU/SLA with funders
