    Accounts Payable Administrator

    Job Specification:

    Key Performance Areas:

    • Invoice Processing
    • Accurate capturing and 3 way matching (Purchase order, Goods receipt and Invoice) of invoices on SAP
    • Internal and SARS compliance checks to be performed prior to capturing

    Senior SAP Technical Developer

    Interaction with Users

    • Communicate with users in the business units at all levels, up to and including executive level
    • The purpose of communication is on the following levels:
    • To understand a business process from a user perspective, to understand the procedures followed, the nature of the interaction between the users and their customers and the system, and thus to identify gaps in their process, pain-points and bottlenecks that can be closed off with the introduction of a mobile application.

    Safety

    Quality Management Systems Technician

    Management of the Quality Management System

    • Quality & food safety system document control: develop; review, maintain and update. The system must be audit-ready.
    • Ensure that the factory prepares for all internal and external audits
    • Draw up new relevant procedures and other documents and records for process modification and standard maintenance

    Retail SAP Master Data Administrator

    Job Specification:

    Master Data Management (Retail article and Vendor)
