    Delivered Infrastructure Preventative Maintenance Plans

    • Assist the Engineering Manager to compile an infrastructure preventative maintenance plan for the 12 month period for the business unit
    • Identify and investigate new development, environmental and energy-saving opportunities for the property

    Pool Cleaner - Rusternburg

    Duties & Responsibilities    
    Operational Delivery:

    • Inspect Dolphin Machine before use
    • Visually check Bottom of the pool and remove any obstructions e.g. leaves, twigs and tree branches
    • Power UP Machine and ensure no irregular sounds or leaks before deploying into the water
    • Deploy correct Dolphin unit as per the specification provided below for each pool

    Operational Deliveries

    Cons & Events Co-Ordinator - North West

    Duties & Responsibilities    
    Operational Delivery:

    • Assist to co-ordinate events and meetings for the Sun City
    • Assist in the co –ordination of the AV/ VC set up requirement for events and meetings, together with the Technical team
    • Assist in the coordination of all services during events (set up, stationery, catering, beverages etc)

    Contracts Coordinator - North West

    Duties & Responsibilities    
    Operational Delivery:

    • Liaise with relevant stakeholders to monitor and ensure costs are contained within budgets (OPEX and CAPEX)
    • Review and report on monthly variance reports as required by your Manager
