    Assistant Relationship Manager

    • 5 years experience in the short-term insurance industry

    Clerk Administration

    Description

    Responsible for effective maintenance of the administrative functions of the branch.

    Requirements

    REQUIRED MINIMUM EDUCATION/TRAINING    

    • Grade 12

    REQUIRED MINIMUM WORK EXPERIENCE            

    • 1 year administration experience

    KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS         

    • Receive and compare stock to delivery notes.
    • Receive and file all delivery notes and assist with ad-hoc receiving duties.
    • Ensure that all documents are processed and that the number sequence on the system is correct.
    • Collect invoices electronically for receiving process and link invoices with delivery notes and orders.
    • Capture, process and manage claims (warranty claims, damaged items, short or surplus deliveries and expired stock).
    • Maintain good client relationships with internal and external clients and resolve client queries.
    • Generate daily, weekly and monthly reports from the system (outstanding claims, outstanding purchase orders, negative on-hand reports, etc,).
    • Generate stock-taking reports and assist with quarterly stock-taking.
    • Capture stock count sheets on the system.
    • Generate variance report and report variance to line manager.
    • Regularly communicate with suppliers on all outstanding invoices, credit notes or discrepancies of stock.
    • Ensure that codes, price and stock correspond with orders and stock received.

    Regional Technical Advisor - C&F

    Description

    To provide support and technical advice where specialized knowledge is required to resolve problems, and enhance the skills levels of customers and support staff

    Requirements

    REQUIRED MINIMUM EDUCATION/TRAINING    

    • Grade 12
    • Qualified Technician (Diesel Mechanic or Earth Moving Equipment Mechanic)

    REQUIRED MINIMUM WORK EXPERIENCE            

    • 5 years technical experience after obtaining a Trade Certificate, including management exposure
    • Experience working with construction and forestry equipment is essential

    KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS         

    • Provide technical support to technicians and mechanisation employees to ensure the highest levels of quality workmanship of servicing and maintenance of construction and forestry equipment
    • Provide JDLink assistance including installations and customer training
    • Provide training to Construction and Forestry staff, aftermarket staff and selected customers
    • Engage with John Deere technical support to resolve technical issues
    • Work in close collaboration with Construction and Forestry management in determining suitable product options and specifications
    • Assist with recommended spare parts stocking
    • Report on activities as required by management

    Description

    Requirements

    REQUIRED MINIMUM EDUCATION/TRAINING    

    • Qualified Fitter / Millwright / Boilermaker (Trade Certificate: Fitter / Trade Certificate: Millwright / Trade Certificate: Boilermaker )

    REQUIRED MINIMUM WORK EXPERIENCE            

    • 3 years post trade certificate work experience as a Fitter / Millwright / Boilermaker
    • Previous experience within a Grain handling facility will be an advantage
