As a General Assistant, you will play a key role in ensuring our customers have a pleasant shopping experience. You will assist customers in locating items, answering questions, processing payments, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. What you'll do

• Put products on shelves neatly and make sure they are always available
• Quickly restock items that are sold out
• Properly dispose of store and storeroom waste and put it in the skip bin
• Assist with stock takes
• Follow safety, security, and environmental rules, policies, and procedures, including what to do in emergencies
• Cleaning of designated areas such as storeroom, kitchen etc.

A Hot Foods Manager is responsible for the daily operations of preparing and serving food and drink to customers. Managers coordinate between various departments such as the kitchen, housewives corner, bakery, butchery and service area. • Assist Inventory team with stocktaking.
• Complete daily Reach Truck checklist before operating the machines.
• Keep a clean and safe working environment and optimize space utilization.
• Report any damages.
• Communicate and cooperate with supervisors and co-workers.
• Maintain compliance to all health & safety standards.
• Handle heavy lifting, moving products as needed.
• Build and maintain product knowledge to assist with accurate picking and packing
• Operate a scanner to track and record inventory movements.
• Work efficiently, especially during peak periods.
