    Account Manager

    Job Description

    • The position involves supporting, advising, and guiding partners during their initial months, helping them onboard their first clients onto the platform and assisting them.

    Key Duties:

    • Responding to inquiries from prospective partners
    • Proactively reaching out to partners to offer support and develop their accounts further
    • Managing and addressing all incoming sales tickets from prospective and existing partners
    • Supporting partners throughout their journey, starting from the initial certification stage
    • Keeping accurate records of sales tickets and communications in the CRM system (Salesforce)
    • Updating the CRM with practice staff details and new leads
    • Continuously enhancing knowledge of platform features and functionality through training and webinars
    • Inviting partners to introductory events to facilitate their onboarding process

    What are we looking for?

    • Ability to establish and maintain rapport with partners over the phone
    • Process-oriented with a sense of ownership
    • High level of initiative and self-motivation
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • At least 2 years of experience in Inside Sales or Account Management (essential)
    • Proficient in inbound phone and email sales
    • Familiarity with computers and software applications, including the Google suite and CRM databases
    • Previous experience in a SaaS company is advantageous
    • Tertiary education is highly beneficial

    Sales Development Representative

    Job Description

    • This position is responsible for identifying, recruiting, and educating new partners from various sources. The goal is to grow the partner base in South Africa while working closely with Territory Account Managers.

    Key duties include:

    • Managing the onboarding and development of new partners
    • Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of features and functionality through training and webinars
    • Handling inbound sales inquiries and converting prospects
    • Ensuring partners and their staff attend introductory webinars, events, and certification training
    • Educating partners on available resources
    • Updating the CRM system with all partner communications and contact details
    • Responding promptly to partner inquiries
    • Driving attendance at sales events and partner forums
    • The role also supports the National and Senior Account Management teams by ensuring data quality for effective sales tracking and customer satisfaction. Flexibility is expected, as the position description may evolve over time to meet the company’s needs.

    Supply Chain Project Manager – Imports and Exports

    Job Overview:

    • Our retail client in Cape Town is seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Specialist to lead and manage the setup and execution of a direct food importation project. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in supply chain management within the retail sector, with a strong understanding of import processes from Europe and other international markets. Additionally, knowledge of warehouse systems will be highly advantageous as we seek to implement a system solution moving forward.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Lead the setup and management of direct food importation processes.
    • Develop and optimize import processes from Europe and other countries.
    • Work closely with suppliers and stakeholders to ensure smooth and efficient import operations.
    • Evaluate and implement warehouse system solutions to support the importation project.
