    SAP Buyer

    Is this you?

    • You are a buyer with at least 3 years of experience in an import/export role, overseeing complex supply chains with a vast number of SKUs. You excel in negotiation, have a strong analytical mindset, and are proficient in using forecasting systems like Netstock.
    • You have SAP experience which is crucial for this role. With a sense of urgency and excellent interpersonal skills, you thrive in dynamic environments and have experience in the beauty or FMCG industry.
    • Your strong Excel skills and knowledge of supply chain management make you an invaluable asset in any procurement department.

    What you’ll be doing (and why you’ll enjoy it)

    • In this role, you’ll work hand in hand with the Procurement Manager in overseeing aspects of the supply chain processes, from planning and forecasting to procurement and final delivery to customers.
    • You’ll be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to optimise inventory levels, reduce costs, and improve efficiency. Your role will involve sourcing suppliers, negotiating contracts, and ensuring that inventory levels are maintained accurately. You’ll also work closely with logistics providers to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of products.
    • By analysing supply chain data, you’ll identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to enhance overall efficiency. Your ability to make decisions under pressure and develop strong relationships with suppliers will be crucial in this position.

    What you’ll need

    • We’d love to have someone with a Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, logistics, or a related field (though this is an advantage, not a strict requirement). You will need a matric qualification plus proven experience in procurement, particularly in managing supply chains with multiple SKUs and suppliers. SAP experience is non negotiable.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential, along with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Experience with supply chain management software and a good understanding of inventory management practices will also be important.
    • If you have experience in the beauty or FMCG industry, that will be a significant advantage.

    Investment Compliance Analyst

    • You’re an experienced Compliance Analyst and an analytical thinker with a strong grasp of investment regulations and compliance.
