    Instructional Designer

    Job Description

    Key Responsibilities  

    What We Offer:

    Skills, Know-How, and Experience:
    Must-Have:

    • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a product education environment.
    • University degree or equivalent experience.
    • Expertise in creating drawings, charts, photos, animations, and videos for learning.
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, eLearning, video, audio, and virtual learning technologies.
    • Experience with Articulate Storyline 3 or 360, Camtasia, Vyond, etc.
    • Exceptional communication and organizational skills, initiative, and team collaboration.
    • Strategic thinking, results orientation, and a strong commitment to outstanding customer service and accountability.

    Preferred:

    • Demonstrable portfolio of outcome-based work.
    • Sage certifications are a plus.

    Business Executive AMEA

    Job Description

    • The purpose of this role is intended to transform the productivity of the EVP, AMEA by ensuring that actions determined at a range of business meetings are effectively recorded, tracked and driven through to a timely and successful conclusion.
    • This role is the EVP, AMEA’s right hand person; focused on partnering and execution. In addition, the Business Executive will lead individual projects and work streams that require direct oversight from the EVP, AMEA to achieve desired outcomes. The Business Executive will work with the EVP, AME with reporting and data to improve decision making and enable successful delivery against commitments.
    • This is a development role that will introduce the Business Executive to the business in its entirety, to strategy and decision-making at the highest levels and establish strong relationships with senior leaders around the globe. It will provide a springboard after 18-24 months for a move into a role within AMEA or an operating business.

    Key Responsibilities  

    Key accountabilities and decision ownership:

    • Participate with the EVP, AME at some executive meetings, business reviews and other key meetings where decisions are made and actions determined, to ensure outcomes are recorded, accountabilities are made clear, tracked and subsequently delivered against.
    • Undertake short-term projects initiated by the EVP, AME that are focused in scope and distinct from those managed through the PMO.
    • Proactively gather data and provide reporting that will enable the EVP, AME to prepare effectively for meetings and maximize their productivity.
    • Manage relationships on behalf of the EVP, AME with specified external stakeholders to maximize potential benefit and minimize unnecessary distraction.
    • Liaise closely with the EVP, AME administrative assistants and with leadership to ensure effective agendas, meeting preparation and clarity of ownership coming out of meetings so that deliverables are seamlessly achieved.
    • To brief participants in advance of business/product/marketing reviews to ensure maximum meeting productivity for all.
    • Detect problems both within and across delivery and project streams and working with colleagues to develop remedial plans where necessary
    • To support the content development of specified internal and external presentations, recognizing that on most occasions functional or business leaders will take ownership

    Background of

    • Experience in strategic planning & execute
    • Previous experience with working with business partner network
    • Must be willing to travel, regionally and internationally
    • Highly autonomous with the ability to work on own initiative
    • Strong customer focus, Executive focus and high-level customer service ethics
    • Target driven
    • Technical / professional qualifications:
    • B Com Degree, MBA Advantageous
