• Our Sage IDs dedicate their expertise to the meticulous design and development of digital workbooks for ILT and VILT classes, along with creating dynamic eLearning modules, engaging videos, thorough exams, and practical job aids. Key Responsibilities  

What We Offer:

• Complete Learning Solutions: Design and development of all learning components, including manuals, e-books, e-learning materials, software, and assessments.
• Versatile Content Creation: Work independently or collaboratively to produce drawings, charts, photos, animations, sound recordings, and videos.
• Quality and Consistency: Create and maintain learning products based on Sage Learning Services standards, ensuring quality, usability, and consistency.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Gather input and feedback from stakeholders, customers, peers, and subject matter experts through standard review processes.
• Agile Development: Participate fully in modified agile scrum teams, including sprint planning, daily standups, sprint reviews, and quality control.
• Process Adherence: Follow documented processes and use appropriate tools to track work status daily.

Skills, Know-How, and Experience:
Must-Have:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a product education environment.
• University degree or equivalent experience.
• Expertise in creating drawings, charts, photos, animations, and videos for learning.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, eLearning, video, audio, and virtual learning technologies.
• Experience with Articulate Storyline 3 or 360, Camtasia, Vyond, etc.
• Exceptional communication and organizational skills, initiative, and team collaboration.
• Strategic thinking, results orientation, and a strong commitment to outstanding customer service and accountability.

Preferred:

• Demonstrable portfolio of outcome-based work.
• Sage certifications are a plus.
