    Major Incident Support Graduate

    Position Overview:

    • Our client is excited to offer an opportunity for a motivated individual to join their 2024 Graduate Program. In this role, you'll report directly to the Senior Manager of the Service Desk, where you’ll gain hands-on experience and receive personalised mentorship.
    • You’ll play a pivotal role in Major Incident Management, assessing critical situations, coordinating teams, and keeping stakeholders informed throughout the process.
    • As the first point of contact for system-generated events, you'll be at the heart of managing incidents across diverse systems and environments.
