    Customer Services Representative - Durban

    • You will play a critical role in maintaining and enhancing customer satisfaction, loyalty, and retention in the Manufacturing Sector. 
    • Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, this position involves managing the customer lifecycle from initial inquiry through to order dispatch and distribution.     Qualifications and Experience:

    You will be stationed at the manufacturing facility and report directly to the Supply Chain Manager.
