    Senior Human Resource Business Partner

    Job Purpose

    • To partner with business and relevant stakeholders to ensure the delivery of human resources services to support the achievement of the business units strategic objectives.

    Job Responsibilities

    • Monitor and track progress of HR deliverables by having regular meetings, reviewing reports, analysing data and taking appropriate action with Manco and Exco teams.
    • Render a professional service, educate stakeholders, mitigate risk and ensure adherence to legislation by consulting and providing guidance to business unit and team on HR policies, processes and procedures.
    • Assess team performance by analysing feedback from line managers and reports.
    • Identify trends, risks and recommend solutions for presentation to business unit for actioning and decision making by analysing management information system (MIS) reports.
    • Facilitate talent management across business units by assisting business to identify top talent, create talent pipelines and pools, develop succession plans, retention, development and fast -tracking plans. 
    • Provide strategic insights to managers regarding HR related issues and decisions required across the HR value chain by interpreting HR policies and advise on appropriate actions.

    Job Purpose

    • To provide personalised advice, financial solutions, client service and educate clients on the convenience, security and functionality of self-service solutions, in order to meet business goals and exceed client expectations.

    Job Responsibilities

    Client Engagement:

    Sponsorship Manager: Gold, Running & Polo

    • The Sponsorship Manager executes on the sponsorship plan, ensuring that it is aligned to overall strategy.  Responsible for leading the communication, on-boarding and contracting of sponsorship stakeholders.     Compliance Officer

    Job Purpose

    • To advise, monitor and provide assurance on the adherence to compliance practices in client facing clusters to ensure compliance risks are managed and reported across Nedbank.

    Job Responsibilities

    • Working knowledge of financial services legislation and ability to advise business on relevant and applicable legislative obligations including ethical considerations
    •  Execute the annual compliance risk-based program, including drafting of Regulatory Universes and CRMPs
    •  Monitor compliance risks and determine the state of compliance in client facing Clusters
