    Creditors Controller

    Responsibilities and Duties

    • Monitor accurate and timely payments to suppliers and ensure timely transfer of funds between bank accounts for optimal cash flow and credit terms
    • Overseeing monthly reconciliations and control all transactions and approve journals
    • Ensure that financial control systems are in place report financial irregularities and problems to ensure compliance, the financial policy (IFRS), processes and procedures
    • Secure financial information by completing data base backups
    • Give guidance to clerks regarding reconciliations and suppliers queries
    • Develop, implement, modify, and document recordkeeping and accounting systems, making use of current computer technology
    • Constantly monitor outstanding queries on the clerks’ reconciliations of the suppliers

    Diesel Mechanic

    Responsibilities and Duties

    • Reassemble agricultural equipment following repair; test operation; and make adjustments as necessary
    • Examine and listen to equipment, read inspection reports, and confer with customers to locate and diagnose malfunctions
    • Test and replace electrical components and wiring, using test meters, soldering equipment, and hand tools
    • Repair or replace defective parts, using hand tools, machines, welding equipment, grinders, or saws
