    Key job responsibilities
    As the Principal Public Policy Manager, Economic Policy & Regulation, you will be responsible for developing advocacy initiatives that promote innovation, entrepreneurship and economic development. You will drive complex projects in a fast-paced environment, communicating clear and effective thought leadership to governments, regulators, academia, thank tanks and industry groups, including in situations of high ambiguity.

    The successful candidate will build relationships and partnerships at all levels of government, represent AWS in relevant industry associations, and manage our response to consultations, especially within regulated industries.     About the Role

    The Customer Support Analyst serves as the primary level of support for KDP users providing timely and accurate operational assistance. You will communicate with customers by mail, and phone while utilizing a variety of tools to navigate accounts, research, and review policies and communicate effective solutions in a fast-paced environment.
