    Mascor: Senior Sales Executive

    Description

    Mascor is a Company consisting of franchised Automotive, agricultural mechanisation and fuel. With more than  50 years in the industry, we offer prestige brands such as John Deere, Toyota, and Warath while our highly skilled staff provides professional and high-quality service and standards of workmanship. 
    Mascor is currently looking for a Senior Sales Executive for its Construction and Forestry division to maintain relationships with current customers and build relationships with new customers. The successful candidate will utilize advanced interpretation of all construction and forestry products with a focus on excellent customer service.

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    SALES

    • Drive sales through the growth of existing clients.
    • Generate new business opportunities.
    • Master how to get leads and implement a lead generation strategy.
    • Ability to perform all aspects of selling/closing a deal.
    • Complete all required documents on time.
    • Achieve/exceed targeted new calls per month within a specified territory.
    • Generate new sales opportunities by cold calling, networking, and client/associate referrals.
    •  Maintain acceptable profit margins.
    • Maintain sales quota for each quarter and year as provided.
    • Execute the marketing plan as required.
    • Meet budgeted unit and sales targets
    • Adhere to processes and timelines criteria.
    • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of new products.
    • Execute all year demonstration program.

    Requirements

    REQUIREMENTS:

    Qualifications:

    • Min: 3-year Diploma in Sales and/or Marketing
    • Ideal: Bachelor’s in Sales and Marketing

    Experience:

    Advanced experience of all construction and forestry machines and equipment

    Mascor: Working Foreman

    Description

    Mascor is currently looking for a Working Foreman to co-ordinate and direct the service department workload to maximize efficiency and productivity whilst maintaining high standards and to manage the technicians in an appropriate manner to maintain high customer satisfaction

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Customer service
    • Ensure customer satisfaction is at 100% and all queries are attended to timeously.
    • Ensure proper communication regarding jobs in progress
    • Enhance facilities
    • Improve technical skills in the workshop

    Profitability

    • Ensure the Service Department achieves budget objectives by continual (weekly/monthly) examination of accounts, operating controls and composite figures to allow the necessary improvements and corrective action to be taken where variations occur.
    • To operate the service department efficiently which will be measured by 85 % achievement of labour utilization.
    • 100 % achievement of labour productive efficiency
    • 85 % achievement of overall labour sales efficiency
    • Ensure accurate invoicing and job costing in the service department which will be monitored by the achievement of a labour recovery rate.
    • To ensure premises and equipment and other assets are controlled and used effectively.
    • Plan and allocate the technician's work based on their skill, expertise, and experience.
    • Monitor and boost warranty and service package sales.
    • Manage the service schedule, and warranty claims.
    • Direct and assist technicians to ensure repairs are completed to the desired standard.
    • Maintain service processes, policies, and guidelines and ensure that they are carried out safely.
    • To check completed work and ensure parts and labour are fully accounted for.
    • Maintain workshop discipline and organization, ensuring cleanliness and safety of the working environment.
    • Communicate with the Branch/Sales Manager on a regular basis to review workshop performance and address any specific issues.
    • Coordinate with the Branch/Sales Manager over the training needs and experience of the workshop team, and delegate tasks to match these needs.
    • Responsibility for the special tool inventory and recommendation of the purchase of new tools if necessary
    • To maintain effective control of expenses in line with budget objectives by monthly examination of management accounts.

    Requirements

    • Ideal: Grade 12 / N2 & Job related Trade certificate
    • Experience:
    • 5 – 7 Year’s experience as a Service Technician.

    Starke Ayres: Picker Packer

    Description

    The role of a Picker Packer has become in our Warehouse in Kempton Park. The purpose of this role is to pick stock and make up customer orders as per customer order/picking slip and prepare same for despatch as per customer requirements.

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Picks products and makes up orders as per picking slip/customer order and transfers them to the holding area for checking.
    • Ensures that correct seed reference numbers are picked and report all incorrect reference numbers to the Warehouse Supervisor
    • Advises Warehouse Supervisor if certain items are out of stock and await further instructions.
    • Ensures that all items picked are in a clean and saleable condition and meet laid-down quality standards with regard to packaging, labeling, outer appearance, and neatness.
    • Follows stock rotation procedure, FIFO (first in first out), or “Sticker” system or as per Warehouse Supervisor instructions when picking orders.
    • Packs orders in cardboard containers once the order has been checked, addresses/mark them as per customer requirements, and ensures that the necessary documentation is either inside or attached to the carton/package.
