Job Advert Summary    

• To assist with the daily administration and control of the Stores function and to ensure effective and efficient work output by receiving, storing, issuing and dispatching, record keeping, and stock takes. Reporting problems to the Section Engineer.

Minimum Requirements    

• Grade 12 and N4 Management Assistant or equivalent
• Knowledge of OSHA and safe working procedure
• Full Microsoft office experience essential 

Primary Duties    

• Managing the stock received and issued.
• Maintain adequate storage space and ensure binning of stock.
• Maintain optimal stock levels.
• Stock takes and Staff management.
• Ensure fully completed documentation are obtained and filing is done.
• Print stock take sheets and compile Auditors documentation.
• Compiling stores monthly reports 
• Handle queries related to stock items or other stock related issues.
• investigation/rectification of stock variances

Knowledge    

• Full Microsoft office experience
• Warehouse/Inventory experience

• Basic safety knowledge (OHSA and Regulations)

Job Advert Summary    

• Responsible for assisting the Section Engineer with the following work: Preventative Maintenance, ad-hoc Maintenance, and Project management to meet the specified standards. Reporting problems to the Section SeniorTechnician. 

Minimum Requirements    

• Grade 12 and S4 or N6 in Electrical (H/C) Engineering.
• A National Diploma in Electrical (H/C) Engineering will be advantages.
• Electrician trade test certificate 
• 4 years’ relevant work experience within a similar environment
• Code 10 driver’s license.
• Knowledge of OSHA and safe working procedures 

Primary Duties    

• Inspections on the Electrical Equipment’s i.e., cables, motors, transformers, lights, motor control circuits (MCC), generators, Low and Medium distribution boxes (DB’s) etc.
• Preventative Maintenance and fault finding on the Electrical Equipment’s including Standby Generator’s.
• Assisting on Breakdowns and ad-hoc work.
• Installing, commissioning and Monitoring of Electrical equipment’s 
• Compile Maintenance Report
• Assist on ensuring that health and safety adhere to it.
• Assist with maintenance planning and scheduling

Knowledge    

• Electrical Maintenance
• Safety knowledge (OHSA and Regulations
• Basic understanding of Water and Sanitation Infrastructure i.e., Pipeline network, Pump Stations, and Treatment Works Plants.
• Basic understanding of Electrical Equipment’s such as Cables, Lighting system, VSD, Soft starter, Flow sensor, PLC’s, Circuit breaker, electrical motors, motor pumps.
• Knowledge of welding

Job Advert Summary    

• The candidate is required to assist in the implementation, and administration of occupational health and safety requirements, incident prevention and management. Equipment and property protection to meet the highest specification standards in and around the worksite. The candidate will be reporting any issues encountered to the Section Safety Officer.
