    Online Trading Manager: Sneaker Factory

    Key Responsibilities:

    • The Online Trading Manager supports the Head of Marketing and Online marketing team by taking responsibility for the operation and optimization of the shopping experience and resulting sales growth. As an Online Trading Manager, you will work cross-functionally with other teams to develop and execute key merchandising initiatives, strategies, and business priorities in accordance to the business strategies.
    • Provide administrative support for the E-Commerce team and lead Ecomm team with pride
    • Own site merchandising strategies and their day-to-day execution to drive purest trade online
    • Manage & allocate all aspects of the online budget
    • Identify and execute upon opportunities for optimization of site search, product data, product sorting, filters/facets, product recommendations, up-sells/cross-sells, product taxonomy, and content strategies
    • Utilize data-driven analysis, establish KPIs and collaborate with cross-functional partners to inform decision-making processes and performance reporting
    • Establish an SEO strategy to increase organic search traffic and work with cross-functional partners to execute

    • Perform quality assurance to ensure accuracy of product data and promotional content on a daily basis, as well as taking responsibility for correcting and facilitating any fixes

    • Stay up to date with best practices, solutions and strategies for web merchandising, ecommerce operations, and SEO

    Qualifications and Experience:

    • BA or BS degree in Ecomm and or Digital Merchandising Marketing, Business or related field
    • 3-5 years proven track record in a high performing e-commerce environment
    • Knowledge of HTML/CSS, Photoshop and other design or web development tools is beneficial
    • Must have strong Excel skills (PivotTables, data wrangling)
    • Experience in marketing, planning, merchandising, operations logistics

    Senior Digital Marketing Coordinator: Sneaker Factory

    Responsibilities:

    • Develop marketing strategies that align with the organization's business goals 
    • Manage and execute campaigns across various digital channels, including email, social media, search engines, and display advertising

    Senior Textile Technologist - Western Cape

    Key Responsibilities:

    The KPA’s are listed below detailing why this role is so critical to the success of the TFG Textiles business and brand reputation:

    Regulatory Compliance: 

    • Manage the fabric quality, performance and overall enhancement.
    • Taking responsibility to ensure fabric standards meet to the TFG’s Textile specification set out in the Quality Compliance guideline manual.
    • Manage supplier relationship both local and off-shore.
    • Ensure legislative and regulatory compliance on product labelling. 

    Risk Management: 

    • Manage the risk in the supply chains, from raw materials, processing, manufacturing and TFG’s routes to market (safety, business & reputational risks)

    Quality Control: 

    • Implement protocols to monitor fabric quality consistency to the performance. 
    • Monitor Vendors and Textile Mills performance and highlight any deviations from specification and put action plans in place to rectify the fabric performance.

    Product Development Support: 

    • Promote continuous fabric improvements and work closely with Textile mills to enhance the overall fabric performance.
    • Stay abreast with new fabric developments in the Textile Industry.
    • Analyse fabric construction and yarn specification.

    Documentation and Record Keeping: 

    • Ensure all filing and laboratory records are assessed and loaded within the predetermined SLA and Quality System

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Responsible for a multiple portfolio of store staff short term and real time scheduling needs, clocks and business requirements monitoring and in which the incumbent needs to manages and checks that stores receive optimal and efficient staff schedules in line with cost and budgets and customer experience/retail operational requirements, constantly communicate with the business managers and update the schedules for short term people and business needs changes.

    Stock Clerk (Fixed Term Contract) - Western Cape

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Perform all stock tracking and claims activities as required
    • Prepare all trading stock information as and when requested
    • Document and record all stock reconciliations for audit purposes
    • Investigate and resolve all queries and exceptions for stock reconciliations
