    Machine Area Specialist

    Key Duties & Responsibilities    

    • control and automation standby as per roster.
    • Preventative Electrical maintenance work.
    • Membership of a fault-finding team.
    • Modification projects (whenever necessary).
    • Installation of new equipment.
    • Development of work instructions related to electrical equipment.
    • Monitor and manage performance of equipment.
    • Optimize machine performance and lay-out.
    • Optimization of maintenance schedules.
    • Optimize machine availability.
    • Ability to work shifts and be available on call-out where necessary

    Skills, Experience & Education    

    • N4 with Mechanical  trade test.
    • 5 years in the relative field.
    • Blow Moulder, will be advantageous.
    • Experience in inspection machines, date coders and bar codes.

    Senior Project Manager

    Key Duties & Responsibilities    
    Design and Initiate Manufacturing & Infrastructure capital projects

    • Conceive, design, scope and budget projects in the Manufacturing and Logistics space, primarily with capital investment.
    • Evaluate solution alternatives based on capital returns (EVA/NPV/Payback), business criticality, technical quality and sustainability.
    • Prepare and/or provide input into business case and capital approval documentation for authorisation, up to Board and TCCC Atlanta levels if required.

    Value Engineering and Business Case Evaluation

    • Assist in the development and implementation of an integrated Value Engineering Process incorporating commercial and functional project engineering management models and processes.
    • Evaluate and optimize major capital projects through this (i.e., value engineering process) and assist the wider projects community in using the methodology.

    Capital Projects Execution

    • Lead key Original Equipment Manufacturer/Supplier/Consulting engagements together with the Production Development Team and Procurement through the processes of scoping, negotiations, performance management and general relationship building.
    • Use and adapt proven Project Management tools and practices to Plan, Execute, Control and Close out the initiated projects to deliver the business requirements as set out in the design and business case.

    Capital Projects Portfolio Management

    • Develop the regional capital 5-year plan and budget, by leading and influencing the investment conversations and decisions with regional and site leadership teams.
    • Mange the regional capital portfolio in line with the plan by tracking capital investment progress and expenditure.
    • Make decisions related to budget allocation and project execution to meet business objectives.

    Stakeholder Management

    • Manage engagements with the Central Technical & Projects team, Regional Manufacturing Managers, Plant/Packaging Managers, Site/Regional Engineering Managers.
    • Manage interfaces with the Central Planning team, Logistics Services team, Regional Supply Managers, Warehouse Managers.
    • Manage External engagements with Industrial Engineering Consultants; Engineering and Project Consulting Engineers; civil, electrical and mechanical contractors; Professional bodies such as the Project Management Institute. 

    Skills, Experience & Education    
    Qualifications and Experience 

    • A minimum of a BSc Engineering qualification.
    • A Business Qualification would be an advantage.
    • Professional accreditation through Project Management Institute or an equivalent post graduate qualification.
    • At least 8 to 10 years’ experience in technical project management, at least 5 of which must have been in food and beverage manufacturing; the skills required for major Capex approval processes and project management and execution must have been effectively demonstrated.

    Category Specialist : TEG

    Key Purpose:

    • To assist the Customer Marketing Manager in delivering revenue growth opportunities within customer and to lead the category initiatives within customer

    Key Duties & Responsibilities    

    • Develop and prepare bi-annual customer category opportunity mapping, and present these to customers through innovative solutions and identifying revenue growth opportunities
    • Develop customer and shopper research to provide Channel Development Managers, Customer Marketing Managers and Sales with clear opportunities for the customer across the categories, and assists in building these strategies and plans
    • Develop and track look of success that will enable “winning at the point of purchase” (includes the channel strategy development)
    • Provide information and insights to customer on category range, sku rationalization and optimal positioning
    • Provides clear capability building insights for sales to drive revenue growth opportunities
    • Assists in the co-ordination of strategy and business plans for key customers together with the Customer Marketing Manager
    • Develop customer specific Innovation of in trade category equipment
    • Develops and tracks specific category performances within customers and provides possible remedial actions and insights
    • Responsible for trials run within specific customers and ensures adequate reporting on the trials
    • Measure promotional effectiveness with recommendations

    Skills, Experience & Education  

    Qualifications & Experience:

    • Matric
    • BCom or Marketing Degree,
    • 5-6 years relevant experience in FMCG sales, or/and marketing

    Competencies

    • Ability to think analytically and creatively to deliver practical solutions to problems
    • Communication – ability to interpret information and communicate it in a simple and relevant manner to working teams as well as decision making forums, and customers
