    Senior Compliance Technology Specialist

    Qualifications
    Required Qualifications

    • 7+ years technical pre-sales or technical consulting experience
    • or Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field AND 4+ years technical pre-sales or technical consulting experience
    • or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field AND 3+ years technical pre-sales or technical consulting experience
    • OR equivalent experience

    Preferred Qualifications (PQs)

    • 6+ years technical pre-sales, technical consulting, or technology delivery, or related experience
    • o OR equivalent experience.
    • 4+ years experience with cloud and hybrid, or on premises infrastructures, architecture designs, migrations, industry standards, and/or technology management.
    • Certification in relevant technologies or disciplines (e.g., Office 365, Power BI, Azure Architect and Development exams, Cloud Platform Technologies, Information Security, Architecture).
    • 5+ years of technical pre-sales, technical consulting, or related experience
    • Cloud Computing: Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS), Platform as a Services (PaaS), and Software as a service and understanding of one or more cloud security standards and frameworks such as CIS, NIST, CSA, etc.,
    • Experience and passion for learning (technical and professional skills); implementing practices from others; trying, failing, and learning from both successes and failures; sharing practices and knowledge for others’ benefit
    • Certification in Microsoft 365 Security Administration or Azure Security
    • One or more of Industry certifications such as CISSP, CCSP, IAAP, etc. Is preferred
    • Extensive exposure to:
    • Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) systems;
    • Next Gen Web Application Firewalls and Secure Web Gateways;
    • Threat detection technologies;
    • Log analysis and Incident Response;
    • Cloud security technologies, architectures and concepts such as Zero Trust, cloud security posture management, cloud workload protection, Cloud code security and Cloud infrastructure entitlement management

    Responsibilities

    • You will be the primary technical point of contact for potential customers during the sales process, owing and driving technical win for security opportunities and engage with other teams within and outside the organization throughout the sales cycle and engage partners in sell-with scenarios and supporting their technical capabilities is key to scaling solution delivery
    • You will leverage your deep technical understanding of Data Security architectures, solutions/technologies including Microsoft Information Protection, Data Loss Prevention, Insider Risk Management, Defender for Cloud Apps (CASB).
    • You will coordinate weekly with sellers and manager to understand opportunities, compete scenarios and engagements to focus on, engaging and driving to own and win the technical decisions
    • You will remediate blockers, lead and ensure technical wins for Microsoft Security and adjacent technologies. Engages with and reaches out to customers proactively and independently and build credibility with customers as a trusted advisor for Microsoft Security and searches for and uses Microsoft Security customer references as well as drive customer intent to consume and drives handoff to customer success for post sales deployment.
    • You will develop strategies and recommendations to improve the client's data security posture, shape technical win plan and tailor Microsoft messaging to audience for security opportunities and enhance team capabilities for cloud native data security patterns and architectures and develops differentiated compete strategies for assigned customers.
    • You will lead technical presentations, demonstrations, workshops, architecture design sessions, explain, demonstrate and architect the solution to help solve customer security challenges and priorities
    • You will demonstrate and oversee proof of concepts, presents and applies architecture patterns, proves capabilities and integration into customer environment, and drives cross-workload support for Microsoft solutions for data security and leverage insights and coach teams to align to new or changing technology to meet customer needs.

    Technical Sales Specialist - Modern Work (Middle East and Africa)

    Qualifications
    Required/Minimum Qualifications

    • 7+ years technical pre-sales or technical consulting experience
    • OR Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field AND 6+ years technical pre-sales or technical consulting experience
    • OR Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field AND 4+ years technical pre-sales or technical consulting experience
    • OR equivalent experience.
    • 5+ years experience with developing and delivering customer demos/proof of concepts for productivity and collaboration-centric across competitive offerings
    • Additional or Preferred Qualifications
    • 8+ years technical pre-sales, technical consulting, or technology delivery, or related experience
    • Proof of Concepts: Experience creating Customer solutions, assessing business need and delivering AI Proof of Concepts (PoC)/Pilots for customers ​that lead to production deployments.  
    • Cross organizational and functional collaboration skills to drive the optimal solution for the customer needs  
    • 6+ years experience working in a large matrixed, global technology company
    • 3+ years experience working on driving business transformation with AI
    • Certification in relevant technologies or disciplines (e.g., Microsoft 365, MS-900 Certification, Cloud Platform Technologies, Information Security, Architecture).

    Responsibilities

    • Engage with the Modern Work Digital Solution Area Specialist to serve as a technical thought leader and accelerate technical execution across Modern Work products.
    • Proactively identify and engage with key customer technical decision makers and influencers across Modern Work products, while engaging sales team and helping lead sales strategy. Uses knowledge of customer context, and deep technical, domain, and industry knowledge to build credibility with customers.
    • Lead and ensure complex technical wins. Build strategy across complex deals;  map the agreed customer vision into a strategy, resolve concerns, preventing, and removing technical blockers, and validating a strong business case for investment and translated technology complexity into business impact.  Work with the customer, account team, and partners to orchestrate a roadmap for implementation.  
    • Drive technical assessments to create a map of the current landscape and to build the technical migration plans, thus building a solid migration business case.
    • Design the solution using your technical knowledge, architectural approach, consultancy skills and our methodology to win a customer’s technical decision and meet the customer’s needs. Ensure technical decision makers agree with proposed architecture and on the migration plan. Drive POCs and MVPs.
    • Scale through partners and also support partner technical capacity by monitoring and analyzing resources through interactions, communicating with managers, and identifying new partnership opportunities to build strategy
    • Build competitive knowledge, document compete patterns, and share within the technology specialist community to drive change and escalations for competitive selling strategies.
    • Proactively provide insight onto Corp, business and product groups, sales strategy, and business reviews for impact.
    • Be the Voice of Customer to share insights and best practices, connect with the Engineering team to remove key blockers and drive product improvements.
    • Identify and support the creation of new pipeline within customer engagements in collaboration with the Modern Work Digital Solution Area Specialist.
