    JOB DESCRIPTION

    The successful incumbent will be responsible for the overall coordination and implementation of programs that are in line with the organization strategy in relation to the thematic focus areas for The Tutuwa Community Foundation. Develop plans and budgets for the thematic areas, identifying strategic partners, monitoring & evaluation of programs and giving feedback to the Operations and Programme Co-ordinator , staff and Partners.

    To gather client insights, conduct analysis, redesign, development, deployment, monitoring, and measurement of outcomes for all iterations of the Client Journey. Translate client needs (via data) into a workable strategy and complete client journey driven through various stakeholders with multiple dependencies in order to deliver appropriate solutions. Develop business cases relating to the client's desirability, feasibility and bank viability. Review performance of deployed solution and prepare recommendations for enhancements.
