    Senior Business Analyst

    Also candidate should have background in at least one domain:

    • Insurance
    • Digital e-commerce
    • We prefer to get people from e-commerce and teach them insurance.

     Desired Skills and Experience

    • Understand and document functional and technical requirement from customer
    • Write Epics
    • Write user stories.
    • Write acceptance criteria
    • Write high level test cases
    • Interact with clients on daily basis.
    • Show demo of the product by end of each sprint
    • Organize retrospective sessions with entire scrum team
    • Interact with product team to understand out of box (OOB) solutions
    • Work with Product team to enhance the OOB solutions
    • Co-ordinate with different internal core teams.
    • Interact with designer team to developer UI/UX
    • Work with back-end team for API understanding and integrations
    • Initiate and oversee BDD and acceptance testing
    • Provide presentations and demonstrations on Product Features
    • Review the existing business process and provide recommendations.
    • Run Blueprint sessions with customers – Pre Sale
    • Run A&D (Analysis & design) sessions with customers – Before development starts
    • Support UAT

    Requirements:

    • 6-9 years of professional experience in business analyst role
    • Education qualification: MBA – advantage
    • Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
    • Experience with web multi-tier systems
    • Experience in requirements gathering for B2C web solutions – must
    • Should have managed customers independently – must
    • Experience & proven track record for analysis & design of self-service, commerce enterprise web portals with complex enterprise integration
    • Ability to understand the data models and structures of complex technology systems
    • Experience working with UX tools such as Figma – advantage
    • Experience in web & Mobile applications – advantage
    • Insurance business knowledge – must
    • Experience as a Business Analyst in an Agile development team environment . – advantage
    • Strong conceptual thinking skills
    • Creativity in problem solving
    • Willing to travel if required.

    Project Manager

    Job Description

    • Over the course of a project, the Digital Project Manager needs to communicate with staff and clients, make decisions and monitor the progress of the project to keep it on schedule. Important duties and responsibilities for a Project Manager include:
    • Provide end-to-end Digital project management
    • Develop support documentation including risk logs and requirement specifications.
    • Scope project requirements and prepare budget
    • Develop a detailed project plan and monitor progress
    • Collaborate with internal teams to design, develop and implement digital projects
    • Should plan, manage, and track results of multiple workstreams and multiple projects, with responsibility for coordinating efforts between various functional team members and departments (e.g. engineering, UI/UX, DevOps, R&D)
    • Deliver projects on time ensuring quality standards are met
    • Manage all aspects of multiple related projects to ensure the overall program is aligned to and directly supports the achievement of strategic objectives  
    • Developing a deep understanding of P&L managing it
    • Manage the project within the product budget, Identify the Risks early and rise it.
    • Monitor and report projects progress and status
    • Communicate with the team and ensure all members are on board with delegated tasks
    • Highlight potential risks or malfunctions and act proactively to resolve issues
    • Motivating people involved in the project to complete tasks on time
    • Seek opportunities for improvements

    Project Manager skills and qualifications:

    • More than 12+ years of work experience and understanding of the Project Management framework, agile/scrum, waterfall, and hybrid.
    • Strong client Interaction
    • Experience of working on Insurance domain is preferred.
    • Ability to lead and track multiple projects
    • Proven leadership skills, able to lead and motivate the team
    • Cost and risk management skills
    • Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills
    • Ability to take decisions in critical scenarios
    • Must be open to learn and pick up process and other organizational methodologies for project execution and management.
    • Must be open to travel and work across global time zones.
    • Problem-solving skills, Time management skills & Approachable to the teams.
