    Manager Regional Sales Inland Wholesale

    Key Responsibilities:

    • To Manage Expenses and Reporting by: Monitoring expenses, implement cost-saving measures, and generate detailed reports for financial transparency. Proactively managing expenses and providing transparent financial reports, contribute to informed decision-making and efficient resource allocation.

    Call Centre Agent

    Key Responsibilities

    • Excellent customer :Always maintain relations and have a professional attitude. Ensure excellent and professional customer service - first call resolution including effective soft skills, telephone and e-mail etiquette but not limited to business writing and bulk buying sale.
    • Communication & stakeholders Engagement: Assist other departments as needed on order specifications, additional needs, or special requirements.
    • Capturing of information: Ensure accurate capturing of information received from various sources on the relevant systems daily.
    • Operating guidelines : Obtain 100% on all call by adhering to operating guidelines and standard procedure (quality, accuracy & behavior)
    • Maintenance functions :Perform regular daily order schedule maintenance functions such as customer sales order hold removal and obtaining official authorization numbers from various buying groups.
    • Cross train :into other areas of the departments including HPC and Milling respectively but not limited to free stock orders.
    • Verification Process :Responsible for order entry and verification against customer order.
    • Teamwork: Working with the rest of the team to ensure the entire order processing function is running efficiently
    • Call Allocation: Ensure that all incoming calls are answered within the allocated timeframe as per standard processes

    Qualification Requirements

    • Education: Matric Certificate. Relevant sales qualification will be advantageous.

    Experience Requirements

    Essential:

    • 1-2 years of previous working experience dealing with customers.
    • 1-2 years years of work experience in an FMCG environment

    Desirable:

    • 1-2 years exposure to the Call Centre/Telesales.

    Senior Legal Counsel

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Provide strategic legal advice on a wide range of issues, including commercial contracts, property, and employment law.
    • Draft, review, and negotiate contracts with suppliers, distributors, and other stakeholders to secure favorable terms and mitigate risks.
    • Ensure compliance with local and international regulations, particularly in areas such as food safety, consumer protection, and environmental standards.

    Sales Assistant - Cape Town

    • Bread Sales
    • Loading and off-loading of bread
    • Monitoring of stock
    • Products picked according to invoice
    • Shelves packed according to SOP
    • Quality of bread is checked - no damaged bread is delivered to customers, damaged bread separated as procedure
    • Damaged crates are separated as per procedure
    • Damaged items are reported to Salesman Driver
    • Ensure crates are returned daily according to SOP
    • Ensure proper product handling to reduce returns and damages
    • Customer communication is enforced to ensure correct ordering and management of crates at customer

    Qualification Requirements

    • Grade 12 (with Maths being advantageous for career development)

    Experience Requirements

    • Valid code C1 license & PDP – essential
    • At least 1 years’ experience in a similar position in the FMCG industry with emphasis on customer service FMCG background and sound knowledge of bread
