    IT Support Engineer - Stellenbosch Techno Park

    Tasks and responsibilities include but not limited to:

    • Create and implement security audits across computer hardware, software programs or both
    • Discover vulnerabilities and risks in networks, software systems, and data centres with ongoing vulnerability scans
    • Monitor network data and ensure hardware and software applications are updated
    • Ensuring information being processed on these devices continues to perform as it should, despite any vulnerabilities found, in order to protect against data breaches
    • Manage any potential attacks or intrusions that may occur making sure client information isn’t compromised
    • Troubleshoot problems
    • Implement ongoing network monitoring and provide real time security solutions.
    • Keep networks, data and systems safe
    • Communicate and make decisions in pressure situations
    • Provide technical support to end-users for hardware and software issues
    • Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software applications
    • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware
    • Manage and maintain IT inventory and asset tracking
    • Respond to user requests for assistance and provide support through remote assistance or in-person support
    • Document technical issues and solutions in a knowledge base for future reference
    • Work with other IT team members to identify and resolve complex technical issues
    • Perform routine system maintenance and updates

    Requirements include:

    • Experience of administering Microsoft technologies – Azure, Entra AD, Intune / Endpoint Manager, Autopilot, M365, SharePoint, etc
    • Experience in hypervisor technology Microsoft Hyper-V and VMware
    • Familiarisation with ITIL v4
    • Knowledge of ISO27001
    • Experience with Kubernetes (Rancher and RKE2) would be beneficial
    • Experience in configuration of network equipment (Firewall and switches)

    Food Factory Production Manager - Somerset West

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Production Planning and Management:
    • Develop and implement production schedules
    • Monitor production processes to ensure efficiency and compliance with company standards
    • Coordinate with the procurement team to ensure the availability of raw materials
    • Adjust production schedules as needed to accommodate changes in order volume or product specifications
    • Quality Control:
    • Ensure all products meet company and regulatory quality standards
    • Implement and oversee quality control procedures and protocols
    • Conduct regular inspections and audits of production processes and finished products
    • Address and resolve any quality issues that arise
    • Team Leadership and Development:
    • Supervise, train, and evaluate production staff, including line supervisors, machine operators, and other production workers
    • Foster a positive and productive work environment
    • Address employee performance issues and implement corrective actions when necessary
    • Promote continuous improvement and staff development through training programs and workshops
    • Safety and Compliance:
    • Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations
    • Develop and enforce safety protocols and emergency response procedures

    • Investigate and report any accidents or incidents
    • Process Optimization:
    • Analyse production data and metrics to identify areas for improvement
    • Implement lean manufacturing practices and other efficiency-enhancing methodologies

    • Drive cost-saving initiatives without compromising quality or safety
    • Inventory and Supply Chain Management:
    • Manage inventory levels to prevent shortages or overstock situations
    • Work with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of raw materials
    • Implement and oversee inventory control systems
    • Ensure efficient product distribution
    • Reporting and Documentation:
    • Prepare and present regular reports on production performance, quality metrics, and other key indicators
    • Maintain accurate records of production activities, inventory levels, and personnel
    • Ensure all documentation complies with regulatory requirements and company policies

    Qualifications required:

    • Degree or diploma in Food Science, Engineering, Business Management, or a related field
    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a food manufacturing environment, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or management role
    • Strong knowledge of food safety standards and regulations (e.g., HACCP, FSSC22000)
    • Proven experience in production planning, quality control, and process optimisation
    • Excellent leadership and team management skills
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
    • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
    • Proficiency in production management software and Microsoft Office Suite
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

    Financial Controller - Stellenbosch

    Key responsibilities

    • Assistance in preparation of monthly management accounts
    • Inter-company entries and consolidation
    • Billing and capturing of costs
    • Debtors and creditors management
    • Cost control and inventory management

    Skill set:

    • Solid independent accounting experience, ideally using Business Central
    • Ability to manage financial administration of a South African business

    Advantageous

    • Business Central setup and management skills or broader Microsoft 365 experience
