    Commercial Operations Regional Manager

    Position Overview:

    The Order Management, Commercial Operations Regional Manager will be focused on ensuring the OM function is working to increase sales productivity, enablement and reducing administrative overhead by identifying and implementing efficiencies and development of scalable order management processes. The Manager will be responsible for increasing visibility into order management performance KPI’s, SLA attainment and process improvements, assist with commercial policy and approval workflows, also partner with cross functional teams to fine tune order management processes. DealHub and Deal Desk assistance are also in the scope of this role. The ideal candidate has an analytical skill set and demonstrated sales process experience within high-growth software environments. This is a team management contributor position.

    Responsibilities:

    • Team management, first point of contact for Commercial Operations Specialists
    • Serve as the trusted advisor and provide guidance to global sales leaders and team members, supporting sales activity and enablement through the order fulfilment cycle ‘quote to cash.’
    • Manage escalated stakeholder requests, queries and issues for assigned solution in channel.
    • Strategic Complex Opportunity Management and quoting
    • Oversee opportunity approval, verification and quality assurance of submissions.
    • Fulfilment contract review
    • Identify and communicate errors and deficiencies to stakeholders.
    • Partner with sales enablement team identifying additional training requirements, gaps, recurring user errors and deliver sales documentation and training.
    • Lead Solution Specific/Product Family Sales Office Hours
    • Partner with Global Manager and Senior Leadership to assist defining, refining, and maintaining effective & efficient sales processes.
    • Monitor and review the Salesforce funnel and pipeline metrics weekly to ensure quality and accuracy with OM Team.
    • Implement best-practices and standardization of sales processes leveraging efficiency and scalability and continuous process improvement.
    • Manage and contribute to team metrics through productivity, accuracy, identifying and efficiencies for improved effectiveness of processes on a daily basis.
    • Maintain and Monitor Order Management KPI and SLA dashboard and reporting, identify areas of improvement, review impact of recurring issues identify source and bring to resolution.

    Skills/Requirements:

    • Education- BA/BS, Masters preferred.
    • 3-5+ Years progressive Experience in Enterprise Software Sales Operations
    • Strong analytical skillset
    • Skilled Salesforce.com and Excel
    • Urgency. High accountability, proactivity, diligence, and responsiveness

    PMO Coordinator

    POSITION OVERVIEW:

    We are looking for a responsible PMO Coordinator to support Project Management Teams in organising and administering all types of projects, from simple activities to more complex implementations. 

    The PMO Coordinator reports to the Operations Team but will work closely with Global PMO, Project Managers (PMs), Team Leaders, and the delivery teams in coordinating various aspects of project management processes. The primary objective of this role is to support overall project governance, with a strong emphasis on project tracking and reporting to ensure projects run smoothly, meet deadlines, stay within budget, and are managed in accordance with the MRI 4D Framework.

    The ideal candidate will possess strong organisational, analytical, and communication skills, with a deep understanding of project management processes and governance.

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Conduct regular internal audits and project reviews with the Project Managers and Team Leaders to ensure adherence to the MRI 4D Framework and identify areas for improvement
    • Use MRI tools, systems and data to assess project compliance, identify opportunities for improvement, report on actions, plans and budgets
    • Prepare and present audit reports, highlighting compliance issues, risks, and recommendations for corrective actions
    • Provide guidance and support to PMs in implementing corrective actions to get projects back on track
    • Develop and enhance project governance documentation, including policies, procedures, templates and guidelines and oversee communication and implementation
    • Ensure governance is applied correctly on MRI projects
    • Drive efficiencies within PMO and project management teams
    • Create management reports
    • Participate in PM focus groups
    • Assist PM Team Leaders and PMs in identifying and resolving project issues and bottlenecks
    • Coordinating Lessons Learnt
    • Develop and deliver training sessions to Project Managers and project teams on governance processes, methodologies, and best practices

    REQUIREMENTS: 

    • 3-years of experience in project management, PMO Coordination, or a similar role ideally within a software development environment
    • Successful completion of PRINCE 2, PMBOK, PMP or equivalent project management course
    • An ability to prepare and interpret flowcharts, schedules and step-by-step action plans
    • Solid organisational skills, including multitasking and time-management
    • Strong teamwork, and presentation skills
    • Familiarity with risk management and quality assurance control
    • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office 360
    • Ability to analyse financial data, including project budgets, risks and issues

    Billing Manager

    The Billing Manager will be working with the core financial operations team as well as supporting our global acquisitions. This person will be responsible for all aspects of billing related to specific MRI Software verticals.  The Billing Manager will work closely with Finance, Legal, and Sales departments to coordinate the billing of net new deals, client renewals, and ad hoc additions to client portfolios. This person will be responsible for meeting deadlines around billing in order to assist in the closing of monthly books for financial statement preparation.  The Billing Manager role offers great opportunities to work on various projects as they arise; providing the chance to learn new processes and procedures, which lead to increased roles and responsibilities within the company.  There are currently no direct reports for this role, however the expectation is that we will grow this team over time.

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Managing a team of billers & ensuring their billing deadlines are met.
    • Ensure all billing opportunities related to assigned MRI Software business verticals are processed.
    • Gain an understanding of end-to-end revenue impact of respective billing, and credits, including all deferred revenue implications.
    • Identify, track, and resolve potential billing issues.
    • Work with the Legal department to understand all contracts and order documents as they relate to fee schedules and client billing.
    • Work with the Sales department to accommodate client requests.
    • Research and resolve client disputes and escalate the issues to the right internal contacts/departments.
    • Manage and maintain client information within the billing system to ensure proper delivery of invoices.
    • Make recommendations to implement improved processes and procedures.
    • Perform other duties and participate in other projects as assigned by management, including cross training within the department.

    REQUIREMENTS:

    Knowledge and Skills:

    • Experience working with MS Excel and Word
    • Consistently at work and on time, follows instructions, responds to management direction and solicits feedback to improve performance.
    • Good communication skills and ability to work well individually or as a member of a team.
    • Attention to detail and ability to plan, organize, prioritize and multi-task.
    • Shows strong initiative, problem analysis and problem-solving skills.

    Education and Experience: 

    • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
    • Background in Finance is preferred, but not required.
    • Strong ability to resolve discrepancies and knowledge of billing systems.

    Commercial Operations Specialist-2

    Position Overview

    The Operations Analyst will be responsible for maintaining and capturing data within Salesforce Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, focused on increasing sales productivity and velocity. As a critical team member, you will collaborate closely with cross functional operational team members and MRI Global Sales Team.

    Your primary responsibility will be to review and validate sales quotes and contracts, monitor, and maintain accurate order processing, provide hands on support and guidance through service requests, assist workflows and ensure data integrity. The ideal candidate has experience with data entry and supporting sales team members with operational admin tasks.

    Responsibilities

    • Serve as the trusted advisor and provide guidance to sales team members, supporting sales activity and quoting enablement.
    • Manage stakeholders’ requests, queries and issues utilizing Services Requests.
    • Process high volumes of transactions accurately including quote approval, validation, and quality assurance of submissions.
    • Identify and communicate errors and deficiencies to stakeholders for resolution.
    • Facilitate regular specialist solution sessions.
    • Implement best-practices and standardization of sales processes leveraging efficiency and scalability.
    • Contribute to team metrics by through productivity, accuracy, and continuous process improvement.

    Desired Skills & Experience

    • 1+ Years Experience in a similar role, involving data entry, order processing and contract administration.
    • Strong analytical skill set, critical thinking, and critical thinking skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
