    Technician - Stellenbosch

    • Reading & understanding site plans for device location
    • Installation works for Access Control, CCTV & Fire Detection
    • Cable installations & Route Build
    • Cabinet & Panel wiring as well as terminations
    • Quality Control & Site inspections.
    • Troubleshoot & resolve technical issues related to CCTV, Access Control & Fire Systems
    • System testing & commissioning
    • Time management for tight deadline

    Requirements:

    • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in the electronic security industry or Similar
    • Matric
    • Understanding circuitry from normally closed and normally open
    • PSIRA registered (Will be an advantage)
    • SAQCC registered – Cabler Level or Installer Level (Will be an advantage)
    • Impro Portal – Level 1 or higher (Will be an advantage)
    • Experience on installing Access Control hardware products 1 or more of the following:
    • Gallagher
    • Softcon
    • Impro
    • Experience with CCTV Cameras and installation of hardware
    • AXIS
    • Avigilon
    • Bosch
    • Head end installation
    • Video wall
    • IT Networking experience
    • Fire Detection – Ziton or Technoswitch or Vesda
    • Drivers License
