    Controllership Finance – Management Trainee – English – On Site Johannesburg-

    Job Description

    • To support the Senior Finance Manager - Control: General Ledger in contributing to the implementation of Business and Finance strategy within the South Africa and Africa businesses.

    Responsibilities

    • Ensure adequate level of financial control is implemented and maintained in the finance operations environment for cash
    • Accurate and complete daily recordkeeping / integrity of financial records
    • Ensure adequate and appropriate provisioning
    • Monthly flash and management accounts
    • Continued improvement of processes and systems
    • Management of the general ledger team to meet monthly input deadlines, ie: Flash, Month end P&L’s, recons etc
    • Management of process to ensure effective sub-ledgers are maintained for all relevant areas
    • Overall ownership of all reconciliations for all general ledger accounts;
    • Review of reconciliations on a monthly basis and provision of commentary to the Senior Finance Manager on aged balancing items;
    • Ensure that all internal controls within the general ledger team are sufficiently adequate and that these are in line with MIAS and external audit requirements Ensure the group aligns with relevant laws and regulations e.g financial, taxation, regulatory.
    • Find opportunities for cost savings to the bottom line through VAT and implement these savings initiatives.
    • Ensure corrective action is implemented as required.
    • Review Client responses for factual accuracy
    • Respond to Adhoc Client tax requests
    • Management of direct and indirect reports

    Minimum Qualifications / Skills

    • Proficiency in English
    • Qualified CA (SA) or BCom (Honours preferable)/ equivalent qualification
    •  Relevant working experience and previous experience in managing a team of a similar size

    Job Description

    • The scope of the roles covers the end to end recruitment process – starting with sourcing, going through selection and interviewing process, up till offering the candidates and supporting the background check process.

    Responsibilities

    • Sourcing of the candidates (both passive and active)
    • Screening CVs, proceeding with HR interview for the selected and suitable candidates
    • Scheduling appointments between the candidates and managers
    • Partnering with business partners, so that recruitment and selection of employees meet business needs
    • Oversee the recruitment process from job specification to offer and acceptance

    Contract Administrator- Senior Process Associate – English - On site Gauteng (HMS050183)

    Responsibilities: 

    • The Contracts Administrator provides an administrative function in the Contract Management Lifecycle by processing contract data, maintaining contract data and adding contract data by using standard processing protocols and procedures as designed, including ensuring that all transactional and service data remains in line with contracting agreements and internal planned revenue and cost. 
    • The Contract Administrator is required to maintain and keep up to date data related to the serviceability of the client and in line with the agreed entitlements as provided for in the client agreement, this includes but is not limited to, locations, equipment records, movements where applicable, decommissioning, updates of any kind, additions of any kind as well as ensuring that automated release of cost and revenue is taking place and is not hindered during the life cycle of the contract.
    • The Contracts Administrator will Invoice where required and due, contracts that have renewed based on the commercials and Client Purchase order details as received. 
    • They will collaborate when required with the Account Receivable team to ensure that invoicing is processed according to contract agreements.
    • The Contract Administrator is required to make use of Tier 1 and 2 systems when and where applicable and as per the standard process as documented and updated from time to time. 
    • They are to adhere to Company rules in terms of usage of systems, files, transactions, and all other mechanisms designed to provide seamless and integrate able processing.
    • They are required to adhere to updated processes as defined from time to time, including but not limited to transactions, uploads, reports and actual O2C change processes. 
    • They must ensure that they adhere and comply to the Standard way of work down to work instruction level.

    Qualifications we seek in you!
    Minimum qualifications: 

    •  Grade 12 
    •  Relevant diploma advantageous 
    •  Attention to detail, accuracy, and good organization skills   

    Prefrerred qualifications: 

    • Relevant  experience in a similar environment will be advantageous
